    Tonybet Withdrawal Problems

    Hey to all.
    Tonybet doesn’t pay the money to some of their Turkish customers because of their ,,great” rule with the use of different IP’s and they closed the accounts of some of my friends.
    Because they are new in the industry, I tried to help them and contacted the support of Tonybet but they refused to reply me either and they said to them that they will get the money which just they deposited there.
    Some of them made 100x of the amount which was deposited and these guys are students and everyone knows that this money has been needed for them.
    It’s just the cases which we know for now of course and I am sure that there are more people who couldn’t take their money.
    From 1 month my friends have been trying to withdraw money but they couldn’t withdraw even a cent.
    I hope that you can solve the problem there.
    I will appreciate every help which will be written on this post.

    Unfortunately it really is an industry wide rule that two accounts can't operate from the same IP.

    If more than one of the accounts claimed a bonus from them as well, then it's pretty much assured they will do this.

    You are welcome to submit a complaint form and we can reach out to Tonybet about the issue but if they have pinged you for the same IP and refunded your deposit already there probably isn't a lot we can do apart from maybe get a fuller explanation and some proof from them really. :\

    First of all thanks for your reply mate.
    The guys are totally 6 and of course everyone of them used it only from the PC so the rule about the different IP's is really very bad.
    They didn't refunded still the deposit but they said today that everything will be fine but we read it from 10 days already.
    The guys submitted the complaint form and they are waiting for your reply soon.

    Some of them got a bonus and someone not, so it's really very bad to say it etc.
    To some of them they said the rule with the IP but the guys sweared that they didn't used other IP's.
    They submitted the form as i said, so waiting for your reply soon.

    Tonybet usually discuss complaints with SBR so hopefully your agent can help

    We had four players file a complaint with the same details down to the letter. The forum won't be used to facilitate taking shots at sportsbooks.
