I registered an account on March 18. I made a deposit of € 150 and received a bonus of 150 euros. I have fulfilled the bonus conditions. After registration, the Bookmaker has changed the rules and conditions of the bonus. But they have not updated the date changes. In the new conditions appeared item "max stake of 25 euro". These fraudsters do not agree to return 50% back to my balance. They specifically offer a great bonus, then to steal all the customer wins.

Books that act this way and post rules that they think allow them to change terms mid stream and leave you responsible for finding them are definitely not to be trusted, and also unlikely to be talked into backing down unfortunately. Good thinking with the Yandex Cache. We used to catch a lot of sportsbook doing sleazy things in the old days when Google's cache was about a two weeks. Now they update it more than daily. I cant see the date on the Yandex page. How do you tell when it was cached? However that is, I suggest taking a screen shot because it wil be updated.

I did not get help. Betngo stole my entire balance of approximately 1,200 euros. They have the right to pick up bonus and 50% balance. But they can not steal the deposit and all the customer's balance.
These scammers have added a new paragraph rules:
"18. Only residents of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland are eligible to receive this bonus offer. Players from all other countries are excluded from this promotion."
Once again they have not updated the date the bonus rules change.
This means that now they will steal a lot of balance, players from other countries. It is unacceptable. It is impossible to forgive such actions. It is a real fraud.
Please help me get 50% of the balance.

Why post this lie?

Your agent managed to get the bonus re-instated for a do-over for you, and did their best to argue for more. Do you somehow think now attacking SBR will get you more?

You were told the book had changed hands and they considered the offer was made in error. Whilst I agree the book has acted badly, trying to stab the people who tried to help you in the back because they didn't get exactly what you wanted is pretty poor form.
