    10bet - Latest victim of 10bet Withdraw

Hi, I am the latest victim of 10bet. I opened my account with 10bet in December 2015 and deposited $288 AUD. I got the bonus. I got lucky on this book and managed to turned $288 into $2571. I have completed their all rollover requirements on 21st Jan 2016 and requested a withdraw of $2500 through bank transfer on 21st of Jan 2016. They asked me for documents for verification which I sent immediately. On 25th of Jan 2016, 10bet sent me a message that my withdraw is successful. Today is 2nd of Feb 2016, exactly 8 days and their is no sign of money in my account.

From the withdraw request it's almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my funds of $2500. In 2015-16 what kind of bookie do this sort of late payment when payment can be transferred within seconds??????

I send emails to 10bet to confirm me that withdraw is successful and any tracking/reference number but no answer from them. I am losing my patience now.

Please advice me how I can proceed from here?

    Thanks from Australia

I'd hold out and wait for them. I remember this book taking a long time on my first payout request, but everyone after that was quick. I have collected 5 figures from this bookmaker so don't sweat it to much.

A lot of offshores won't take Aussies at all and the ones that do often want to check us out more than average.

I'd follow Dirtdog's advice and give them a bit longer.

Book is solid enough to not be panicking about being paid eventually.

4 days to approve the withdrawal is barely tolerable.
8 days+ to action it fails the reasonable test.

Today is 9th day I am waiting for withdraw. Why 10bet fails to understand that with all the horror stories internet is littered with about 10bet withdraw problems, who will come back and deposit more money into their account. With this attitude of no answering of emails and 9+ days for withdraw, anybody will think twice to deposit any money.

I will wait couple of more days to get paid. If no then I believe I have to start a complain process. But wait is frustrating when your other accounts are starving for funds (but other than wait, what option do I got; nothing) So fingers crossed

Good update; After 2 weeks of wait, finally I got money from 10bet. Not a good experience playing with 10bet specially long wait for withdraw but ultimately I got my withdraw. I deposited $288 and withdraw was $2500 and it took exactly 2 weeks for withdraw to complete.

I don't think I will play again with 10bet as I been charged with deposit fee from the Bank for international transaction and then 10bet charged me $25 for withdraw. So I requested withhdraw $2500 but I got only $2475. Considering their reputation for withdraw I am happy with the withdraw amount and not going to deposit any more money with this bookie.

Any wire is going to carry fee. Like I said earlier once you get through the first payout the rest are a lot quicker. Not sure what they are doing that they take so long on the first.

Good to see you did get your money eventually.
But that withdrawal fee concerns me. I can't see anything in their T+Cs which justifies it.
Only: "10Bet may charge a withdrawal fee to cover administrative costs if your deposit is not rolled over at least 3 times."
But I thought you'd said you satisfied all rollover requirements?

That sounds like a wire fee from either the originating bank or the intermediary. Which is not a fee charged or controlled by 10bet.

One I got a couple of days ago had US$17 taken by the originator, another AU$15 taken by the intermediary bank. My local bank don't charge a wire receive fee but they get you in a far more insidious manner. They charged me an exchange rate of 73.45 cents to the dollar. which you probably know has actually been under 70 cents until yesterday. So out of a US$1500 payment I lost around AU$40 in other banks fees plus over AU$60 in my bank's ripoff 'premium' over the actual exchange rate.

That's over 5% skimmed off by banks with virtually zero justification. Grrrr.

Yeah I rolledover my deposit+bonus atleast 7 times. But still I got charged $25. As Optional mentioned, it could be Bank or intermediary fee.

Well, I've yet to make a withdrawal from 10Bet but will be watching to see if they apply any fees when I do.
I funded them via Skrill so not sure if that makes any difference as that's where any withdrawal should end up too so my bank won't get into the act.

A suggestion for you; Go for account verification as soon as possible. Send them your documents for account verification. Otherwise when you will go for withdraw then they will ask you for account verification. This way you can save at least 3-4 days.

You are right. This is why I have decided not to deposit any more with this book. I am happy playing with 1 Local Aussie book + Pinnacle + Betfair.

As I been banned from all corporate bookmakers in Australia including Ladbrookes, Sportsbook, Luxbet, and many small books. So my options are only pinnacle, betfair and TAB shop. I thought to go for UK Books like 10bet but 1st experience with UK book was not very good. So I am not inclined to check anymore UK books.

You really should add Matchbook to that list.

What sports are you betting on?

On whatever sports I find a Pre-match arb of 1-1.5%

Well then, as MB frequently has the best odds showing anywhere (at least that I can see) you should be able to find some arb material there.

But you need to factor in ~ 2% commission and don't make a habit of depositing and withdrawing frequently as their rather peculiar withdrawal fee structure will swallow up your arb profits.

Thanks for advice. I will check Matchbook out. My average arb size is 1.7% so I have to make sure I save every penny from commission and withdraw fees.
