    1xbet - be carefu;l

    Hi all,

I deposited £80 to 1xbet, got the balance up to a decent amount, made a withdrawl for £1000 and was asked for scans of the card which I sent,

I then lost the remainder of my balance, despited again, £400 and £300 and built the balance back up

    currently £1913

I went to request a withdrawl and am told I need to send a oicture of the back and fornt of mycard , so I did, then they asked for the other card - I did this too - then they asked me to take a photo of myself holding my passport next to my face?!?! I did this too

Then I was told my data is under review...and they will contact me

a day passes, nothing, I ask on livechat and get told to contact security via email - I contact security, and I'm told 'Requests are processed in turn. Please, wait'

So I wait another day, I go back to livechat and I'm told 48hours, so I wait some more..still no email

    I email again..SAME RESPONSE

So, back to livechat, livechat say they have forwarded my request to the specialist and they will be in contact, I ask if they have any idea how long it will take..and get told unfortunately they dont

So i wait, and then email again AND THE SAME reply

I'm basically stuck, they block withdrawls, automatically gets rejected, awaiting documents, I've sent all the documents but now they're delaying

I've read a few complaints on here, and it all seems familiar - allow the 1st withdrawl, then any subsequent withdrawls are hard work

Ask the client to send passport photo next to face, copies of bank card, the generic responses others got too, I'm wondering if next they will ask me to speak to them via Skype and then suspend my account?

I'm not sure what to do, emailing or speaking on livechat is getting me nowhere

I've filed a complaint with SBR

    Hopefully someone can help me

    thanks

    Mark

Will do my best if the complaint comes to me Markeee

Been slowly getting good results or proper explanations for most people from them.

yep, wish I hadn't gone near them
Just hoping someone from here can help, as it looks like others have been helped

Honestly, speaking on livechat or via email is a joke, just give you the run around
    "have you spoken to security"
    "yes"
"we cant do anything in support, speak to them"
"I have and they say it will be process in turn, any idea how long or what the delay is"

    "sorry nothing we can do"

email, and get litetrally a copy and paste " Requests are process in turn, please wait"

Basically trying to delay me ...or tell me to get lost?

Hoping a) I either give up?
or b) I carry on playing and lose it all back

If I just wait, as I was told tonight dear user, please take our apologies, you will get the answer after the verification process is completed"

how long does that take..utter joke

So, if I just sit back and wait are they going to email me and saying account done fine to withdraw or is it going to be more excuses/fobbed off with copy and paste nonsense and eventually suspend my account as they have done to others?

Many thanks for replying - my account is still open and active at present

I've sent ALL the scans of bank cards they requested, even took a photo of myself in front of the mirror holding up my passport as requested

If they arne't trying to scam me..I cant understand the delay, almost 3 days and I just get the same response when emailing security, and speaking on livechat gets nowhere and then when I come here it looks like others had the same experience, they follow a pattern..first withdrawl ok..then delay, excuses, generic replies etc

Optional, should I not email or go on livechat anymore and just a) see if they do contact me like they keep saying and b) see if anyone here gets anywhere for me

It's probably best to hold off contacting them whilst we are trying to help.

They are as slow as a wet week doing anything and hassling a lot does not seem to help anyway.

If you submitted over the weekend it will be allocated today or tomorrow and you should be contacted by email by the agent (probably me)

Prepare for a long long wait. 1xbet does not communicate with me at all and it has been almost 2 months since they scammed me . I am keeping hopes only thanks to people from sbr.
