    Problem with Jetwin

    I opened up an account and got the $35 no deposit bonus. I completed the rollover and tried to make a withdrawl and it says my account is inactive. So I sent a message to support asking what I need to do to make a withdrawl. It is going on 24 hours with no response. So I assume they need a copy of my i.d. So I send them a copy of my i.d. and ask if this is sufficient enough for me to make a withdrawl. Again 24 hours and no response. Is this book legit? Has anybody gotten a payout from them? They will not respond to me. They have no phone number and no live chat. Anybody with any experience with these guys. Thanks.

    Has anyone been paid by these people? I have sent them 5 messages and they will not respond.

    I received a payout from them on the $35 nodeposit bonus about 2-1/2 months ago. It said my account was inactive and they said I had to send copy of utility bill and drivers license for verification. After I sent docs, I was able to withdraw. They always answered my messages.

    I expect it will be something like this too.

    But that doesn't explain no response to the player or SBR so far.

    I finally received a response this morning from them. It was after sbr's help. I sent them the documents and I am sure they will pay if they have paid other people. I guess they are just not very good with customer service replies. It took 3 days to get a response from them, I was a little worried but they finally responded. I just wish they had a live chat at least like nitro does, or a phone number.
