I have used this site for over 3 years and in the past year it has gradually gone down hill. Their payout methods to US players have been a joke for the past couple months, they never payout with in the time frame listed on the site. I requested a payout via express check which is supposed to receive within 7 days, but it has been 10 days and they just now sent the check, which is supposed to take another 3 business days to receive.
I enjoyed doing their live football betting especially with games with the their full drive props, but its almost impossible to guess which games they are doing if they do any at all. They will choose to do two random college football games on wednesday night and offer full drive props, but wont offer even one game on a saturday, and in past years this has never been an issue.
I can look past how they intentionally try and past post people during these live football games by intentionally posting lines late which is typically before the snap, it takes 10 seconds for a bet to process and the play will already will already be in progress as the bet is still processing and they will freeze the winning bets and allow losing or less favorable bets to go through because they see the outcome of the play. All Im looking for is a little consistency when actually offer these live drive props.
And when you ask customer service about any of these issues they are usually completely clueless or get an attitude.
Ive enjoyed using this site but the past couple months have been awful.

Customer service should play a huge roll in determining a sportsbook rating, and if you are going to be scripted like a robot in India every time, you don't deserve to have a good rating

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Most of the feedback from players has been positive. BetOnline posts some of the earliest available lines and their betting cart today is one of the strongest for Canadians. Sorry to hear of the time-frame hiccup with your payout - have you considered using bitcoin?
