First I will start off by saying Bovada has been great over the years to me and I've never experienced any issues with them. I've always been paid, never got the run around before and I hope this can be resolved so that I can continue to use them in the future.

I've emailed customer service with several detailed emails showing the problems. I've called 6 times since Sunday. I've been unsuccessful in getting help from them. All I get is the same answer "this will be resolved in 24 hours".

On Saturday, July 25th, 2015 I placed the following live wagers #600293713 & #600288952. The wagers were for the same event and same bet but different amounts. These 2 wagers were graded a WIN and the bet amount with winnings were placed in my account. On Sunday, July 26th, 2015 , this bet was voided, money was debited from my account several times. Sunday night my account was reviewed and a credit was disbursed to balance my account. Upon review, I noticed that my original bet amounts, were never refunded. The 2 amounts in question are $269.23 (#600293713) & $500 (#600288952) totaling $769.23.

As you can see $3000.00 was withdrawn from my account when only $1000 (the winnings from the 2 voided tickets) should have been withdrawn. The credit given to me was for a total of $1230.77 , leaving a difference of $769.23 that was overdrawn. I brought this issue to their attention and asked them to please review and recalculate because its wrong and the only response they provided was "we assure you that the amount is correct". I think its a bit alarming that they can not calculate simple math in this case.

My other problem is with from a live wager on Friday, July 24th, 2015. Ticket #600143713 placed at 4:41PM ET. Risking $500 to win $476.19. This wager was graded a win on Friday, and was suddenly changed to UNSETTLED 2 days later on Sunday, July 26th, 2015 resulting in $976.19 being taken out of my account. I've asked for help on this ticket as well and it remains UNSETTLED since Sunday.

I can provide screenshots, and any other information necessary to get these 2 issues resolved. Again, I'd really like to keep Bovada as one of my Books but it just seems like since the website change, there is more issues going on than just User Interface.
