    Propawin.com

I joined Propawin.com, used their 50% sports welcome bonus, and won a little over 500 euros. They blocked my account, and when I asked why, they said they do not have to explain the reason.

They did pay the winnings though, but I think I was lucky that I already fulfilled the wager requirements before they closed my account. Now the same thing happened with VIPStakes.com. They are probably owned by the same person or company. Website is similar, bonus is exactly the same and the same support person replies to emails from both places.

Haven't heard of Propawin but they are correct that they can refuse service without explanation. As long as they pay you all you are owed first.

Maybe it was a stupid thing from me to trust these people again but I did anyway. On June 19th I was wondering why they blocked my account in the first place on May (because they never told me why) and thought it may be because I was at the time in Portugal. So I told them I'm in my home country (Finland) now.

Soon after I received a reply that my propawin account is now unblocked so I can start using it again. So I made two separate 50 euro deposits, altogether 100 euros.

I won a little bit of money, mainly placing bets on live tennis games and the total balance on Friday June 25th was 562.50 euros.
Then suddenly my account is blocked again. I contacted them and got a reply:

    "Dear Tommi,

Unfortunately it was not the reason it was blocked and unfortunately I did not notice that in your account description, your account has been closed, with no right no reopen it and possibility to play in our casino.

You have to wait for the decision from our payments department regarding this situation.

Your account has been closed according to paragraph 13.6 of Terms and Conditions.

    Best Regards.
    Alex Carlow
    Your Support Representative "

Today I received an email from them:

    "Dear Tommi,

Please be informed that we reviewed your account history and found that 5th of May 2015 you has been informed about your PropaWin.com account closing according to Terms & Conditions paragraph 13.6.

Please be informed that your account will remain closed in future. You are allowed to withdraw 100 EUR.
This is your deposits amount performed 19th of June 2015.

    PropaWin
    Payment Department"

I'm not going to accept this because they clearly want to keep my winnings. I know they wouldn't give me the deposit back if I had lost that money. I would like to report this scam. How can I do that?

They are licensed in Curacao so there isn't any regulatory complaint system or body worth reporting them to but you are welcome to fill out the SBR complaint form: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

I did that, thank you. I would appreciate any help!

Isn't there any place in Curacao I could report them to? Or are the bookies allowed to do anything (and get away with it) if they're licensed in Curacao?

It seems a bit like that. The govt body responsible gives master licenses to a couple of companies who are supposed to be responsible for the companies they sub license so wont do anything and they mostly just ignore player complaints. Never heard of anyone getting any regulatory help there.

Propawin is still refusing to pay me the money that is in my account.

The same person (Alex Carlow) originally blocked my account and then unblocked it on June 19th after I sent them an email that I'm now back in my home country. Now, after I won over 560 euros, he says that he has made a mistake and that he shouldn't have unblocked my account. Note that they still refuse to provide any reason for the account closure so I can only guess.

This is a clear scam attempt. I believe that they wanted to open my account to see if I lose my deposit. But because I won they blocked me again. If I had lost my deposit I know they would've kept the money.

I filled out the SBR complaint form about a month ago but haven't heard anything back from them. How long does it usually take to see any results?

You should have received a copy of your complaint by email after submitting.

Would you please forward that to cases@sportsbookreview.com ?

Ok, I found the copy and forwarded it to that email address. Hopefully someone could help me with this. Propawin does not even reply to my emails anymore.

Stay away! These are all clones of a mysterious white label operator, websites are listed here:

    vipstakes
    paradisewin
    propawin
    mywin24

More information to follow, if somebody can dig in more info would be appreciated.

sxmlottery, jumbobet and wintika are all also owned by HighWeb ventures.

It's interesting that the same person, Alex Carlow, replied to my emails from all of the three companies, VIPstakes, Paradisewin and Propawin. And he also, probably accidentally, sent me an email from kyc@propawin.com, using his own name, which is the email address that belongs to the 'payments department'. He was only suppose to be a support person.

Looks like the people behind HighWeb ventures don't even pay their advertisers: http://luckystrikecasino.info/risky-casinos/
