I tried signing up an account w/ Heritage but was denied. They said their security system screened my phone number being registered to a different person in the state I live in. WTF is this bullshiit?

My ph number obviously used to belong to someone else before I got it. They told me this issue happens daily with other people too and how strict their system is but they couldn't advise me how to get around it... Anyone know how? Never had this problem signing up anywhere else.

I tried using a different ph number but everyone time it will still give me the same reference number. Until I get a new ref number they system will keep rejecting me. Any suggestions?

Heritage is an A sportsbook they should be able to fix that for you, maybe try ask for the manager.

Did you use a land based number or cell phone number?

An account manager called me a short while ago. I sent them my utility bill and he said he'd forward that to their security dept. Hopefully that should do it.
