Hello and good day. Two months ago, 20-02-2015, I have played a bonus in Tony Bet Casino. It was a bonus of 100% up to 500 euros. So I deposited 500 and got another 500 in bonus. That day I was very lucky and won 26980 euros after playing about 150, or more, bets from slot machines. I have cleared the wager requirements and I was excited and I decided to withdraw 3000 euros via MB, as MB was my initial deposit in order to get that bonus. The casino asked for documents ID, bill, NT and skrill account. I have send all the docs right away. Few days later I have played a little more with the remaining balance but I wasnt that lucky, I dropped to 23755 euros.The problem is that since then I have send them several emails about my account and withdrawal, I havent been paid yet, but nothing. At first they told me that due to the great win my account will take a bit longer than usual in order to be verified. I said ok and I wait. It is 2 months now and nothing. The last 2-3 weeks they have stopped responding my emails, I also have tried the instant message through their site. I even tried to call them but the phone number which I found into the site doesnt seem to work. I can enter to my casino account, it is not suspended, I can see my balance and my 3000 euros withdrawal via MB but that's all I can do..!!!!Is there a way you can help me with that because I cant get in contact with the casino in any way to see what is going on.Thank you very much for your time. Hi. You can fill out this complaint form and someone from SBR will attempt to assist you. However the last time I tried to contact them a few months ago about another complaint I never received any responses, but hopefully this time will be different.

I don't think this is going to end well for the OP. If I am reading / understanding what the OP has said correctly then I'm pretty sure he has violated the bonus terms.

You said you made 150 bets and cleared the wagering requirements, this says to me that you were using €100 stakes - assuming the wagering was 30x bonus (as stated in the terms I can find)

Terms state that maximum bet allowed with a bonus is 10% of the bonus amount given. In your case that would mean a maximum bet of €50.

Good luck, but I don't think this will end well if what I have stated is correct.
