    problem betaland bonus

    Good evening , I'm having problems with sudetto site , today I make a withdrawal of 600e , is reversed and the money I canceled because I could not play them at the casino ! Now I wonder why I could not do it if my balance appeared as withdrawable balance ? they say that I should check before you finish an old rollover a bonus ..... ask at least the return of the levy but nothing ..... how can I enforce my rights ?

    just done , put them in the balance withdrawable balance and then epr me I had finished the rollover , they themselves admit to having this display problem but the balance of my money do not want to hear about

    It has only been 2 business days since I contacted them and let you know I would get back to you next time as soon as I have any news.

    If I don't hear back before the end of this week I will chase them up again.
