I will post a complaint against bookmaker 1Xbet but first i want to share my experience with people on this forum and inform you the way 1Xbet treats its customers and swindles them. I've never seen such a gang of thieves, let me explain to you:
-My main issue with 1Xbet (and the reason why i'll post complaint against them) is they stole me 330.7 euros. Indeed, after big winnings 1Xbet severely limited me to 1 euro per bet, and so i decided to withdraw my 3307 euros remaining in my balance, using my Neteller account. Withdrawals at 1Xbet have always been free with Neteller, but i had a very bad surprise when i received my payout on Neteller: 1Xbet charged me 330.7 euros for fees !!! That is to say 10 % of my withdrawal ! How possible is it?? I contacted them several times to be reimbursed but they claimed that :
"in some specific circumstances payment processing fees issued by payment systems for deposits and withdrawals, which are usually paid by 1xBet, may be charged to the customer on certain accounts.Thanks for understanding"
I know that some bookmakers can apply fees on payouts, that can happen,ok, but in that case customers have to be informed of the amount of fees before the withdrawal ! On 1Xbet it's written that payouts with Neteller are free, so what a scam !! 330.7 euros fees for a 3307 euros withdrawal whereas it's supposed to be free, can you believe it ??

-Scam on payments is not the only disfonctionnement at 1Xbet: They practise too something quite special with prices/odds. After a few days at 1Xbet i experienced this: When i was "logged out" i could see good prices, but as soon as i logged in, priced changed especially for me, they dramatically decreased ! For example odd was 1.90 for a selection when "logged out", but when "logged in" that was only 1.70 !! 2 tenth lower ! Is that legal to propose prices to some customers and other prices to other customers?? I had never seen it anywhere else before !

-One other very strange thing about 1Xbet is concerning their live betting, and the fact they systematically copy all Bet365 lines !!(I can't say if that's true for all sports, but concerning tennis and basket ball they have a programm that copies Bet365 lines and prices all the time, in less than a second ! So the question i'm wondering is: Is Bet365 aware of that? Do they accept it?? 1Xbet may pay Bet365 to have the right to copy all their lines, but i doubt they do. Indeed i would be very surprised that Bet365 accept it knowing that xbet copies all their lines with the difference that 1xbet prices are always 0.5 above (when odd is 1.8 at bet365 it is 1.85 at 1Xbet, so Bet365 would necessarily lose customers for the benefit of 1Xbet. I'll contact Bet365 and ask them if they're aware of the fact another bookmaker copies their lines...


Well, i hope SBR can help me to get reimbursed for the 330.7 euros these swindlers stole me.. I'll immediately post a complaint and will keep you informed. But one good advice: stay away from 1Xbet, the biggest Scam i've ever seen.

10% sounds punitive but in the circumstances and you leaving the book I am not surprised 1xbet act this way. One book that would never see a cent of my money. Would not even take free money off them to try the place. Do not trust them at all.

1xbet are generally slow to respond and usually just throw out some generic unhelpful response like they have sent to you anyway. But it can't hurt to put them on notice SBR has an interest in the matter.

Please be advised that 1Xbet do not write any own lines. They take some lines of Betcity, some of Marathonbet, some of Fonbet and some of Bet365.

I precise that I didn't pay any fee for my first withdrawal using Neteller with 1xbet, so I couldn't imagine a single second that they would charge me 10% fees on my next withdrawals.
I made a complaint with SBR but it seems that at 1xbet they don't care at all about what other people can think.
Concerning the fact they fully and instantly copy Bet365 lines for live betting, is that legal?
And finally, no one seems to be shocked or astonished about the fact they don't propose the same odds to all customers?

Many books follow or even copy lines from other books, even Pinnacle does that.
Bookies in general don't offer the same limits to every one. Some players are put on delay and others have their accounts closed. It's not fair game. Welcome to the industry.
