Very poor service by coral not to sort this out buy now
They have a few people in the same situation and pretty much refuse to discuss them.

I have explained to players that if there is an official investigation, outside of Coral's control, then they may not be able under law to explain anything further to the players.

Although I trust that Coral usually do act properly I have no way to confirm this so have advised affected players to submit a query to the UKGC who will be able to at least confirm for them if Coral are acting properly.

It does look very much like a fix was landed in this match.
The 'dog Boeykens was trailing by a set and a break yet punters were snapping up 1.20 and less at Betfair during live trading!
When a bookie submits a suspicious trading report to the authorities they are not permitted to advise their customer or disclose any information. That would appear to be what's going on here.
