    Any issues with Skrill?

I've used just about every other option besides Skrill. I just want to know if there are any issues I need to be aware of before I start to use them.

I'd rate Skrill the best online business I've ever dealt with based on my experiences over the last decade.

Never had any problem with them, just make sure you are aware of the fees involved in how you will be using them.

There's no live chat and they don't respond to emails (no email address just a webform)
Couldn't find a phone number on their website either.
Shocking for such a big business

All I can say is that my experience has been very different.
Once logged in there is a contact number and email address displayed.
I've always received reasonably prompt responses to emails.

Skrill and Neteller im using, they are both top notch. Neteller little bit more expensive.
But when you are Vip Skrill or Vip Neteller there is no such a thing as issue.
You have 24h request call back from skrill and 24h chat and hotline from neteller.

Unless you have high enough turnover to be a VIP account they are very poor with customer service.

If you use multiple currencies you will find them a total rip off.

If any large merchant account holder tells them they paid you in error Skrill will steal whatever funds are in your account without permission on the merchants word.

Any sort of payment dispute with a book, they clam up and refuse to give you any help or honest information.

The worst well known payment processor available imho. Would not trust them an inch to deal with matters fairly if a problem arises.

    Skrill is outstanding.
Customer support sucks, really, but just be prepared to wait DAYS for their answer.
Ability to freely move funds between bookmakers and to any bank in the world is priceless.

Skrill offer an additional level of security. You would be well advised to send off for the key fob token. It generates a number that must be typed in to action any transactions.

Well this is odd. For an SBR employee to say such things (which are true, granted) then it would seem pretty clear that SBR takes sponsorship $ from a rival payment processor. A bit like how you can't even post a thread about certain books without it being removed quicker than you can say whore shit. Like fuggin North Korea up in this joint.

    Personal opinion.

I also have no clue which, if any, payment processor might 'sponsor' SBR.

Agree with this. Have read on uk forums multiple instances of this happening.

They also have been know to pass on data to the books on request. Which individuals you have sent money to etc, and then use this to 'prove' multi accounting.

Personally I use a dbt crd for the big uk books/exchanges. And a cre crd for the lesser known Euro books. Get some protection then.... more than skrill will ever offer you

Anyone have problems with Skrill loyalty points?
I have VIP and applied for their loyalty program, but can't see any points increasing per transaction, can't reach Skrill VIP store...

Before 3-5 years Skrill was great, now something strange is going on with them.. After Neteller bought Skrill, quality of services has worsened..
    http://www.financemagnates.com/forex...-e1-1-billion/

But can't complain much, still receiving payments and Skrill master.card works great everywhere...

Same as Neteller and few other e-wallets- you can order their master.card and withdraw money directly from your Skrill account, or use card for online payments and etc.

Main benefit is 107 sportsbooks use them (at least out of the books we are currently tracking).

Is Skrill an option for US customers?

I have been away for the most part since last football season...so maybe I missed something...but is this a "new" neteller?

I am in US and play at most of the top rated books here...

Skrill used to be Moneybookers. Similar to Neteller in a lot of ways and similar country markets. No USA.

Canadians do have options. Instadebit gets high praise. There a few similar to it. Find the method you like and see the list of books that offer it.
