Hello. My friend wants to recieve help from you. My friend registered in vipstakes.com sportsbook. I know that you'll ask him why. Because they offer good limits and have the same line as 10bet.com. They offer welcome bonus and he deposited 200 euros to recieve 100 eur bonus. Their terms said that The bonus is awarded to your sports betting account as soon as your first deposit has been rolled over once.
That is why he bet his deposit on Ice Hockey NHL St. Louis Blues -Montreal Canadiens FT O/U UN 5 2 200.00 €. Game finished 4-1, stake was returned and he recieved his 200eur stake back and his account was awarded 100 eur bonus because he rolled his deposit once. After this he read their terms again and have one more question, because their terms said that Bets on Over/Under markets and all handicaps (except 3 way handicap) are not allowed once having an open bonus. And he asked in their support, can he place bets or he broke their terms. And he recieved this reply (he has official chat transcript I don't want to provide you first name of person who give this reply, because I think that you can solve this problem) Here is part of my friend chat:
Customer: Can you check my account? I have already recieved bonus, and I want to know broke I rules or not
support team: Sure thing.
support team: What do you think there is that might have been breaking the rules of the bonus?
Customer: My first settled bet was on over/under market, but I haven't awarded bonus yet
Customer: The bonus is awarded to your sports betting account as soon as your first deposit has been rolled over once.
Customer: Bets on Over/Under markets and all handicaps (except 3
way handicap) are not allowed once having an open bonus.
support team: Ok, I see. I will have a look at it.
Customer: ok. i'm waiting
support team: That will not be an issue since you hadn't received the bonus yet.
support team: So you're all good.
And after this confirmation my friend cintinue to place bets. He completed rollover requriements and requested 1000eur for withdrawal. Vipstakes asked documents to verify his account and he provided it. He recieved reply, that his account is fully verified. After it he recieved this message:
We would like to inform you that you broke our bonus terms and conditions with the following bet:

96625096 Ice Hockey NHL St. Louis Blues -Montreal Canadiens FT O/U UN 5 2 200.00 €

The bet broke the following two terms and conditions:
*Maximum amount per bet is 100% of the bonus amount i.e. if your bonus is €100 your limit per bet is €100 while you have an open bonus. Multiple bets made on the same event exceeding this limit may be considered as bonus manipulation.
* Bets on Over/Under markets and all handicaps (except 3way handicap) are not allowed once having an open bonus.

Our payment and sport department took the decision to cancel your bonus and winnings coming from it. This decision is final and will not be changed.
