Is Betmania allowed to get away with this?

I made a deposit just before football season at Betmania which gave me a rollover of $47,000, to date I have done about $10,000 which leaves me with around $35,000 in rollover left. So out of nowhere my limits are cut to $250 from $500, also they said on my deposit I could have $1000 limits that never came but I didn't care since most of my bets are $300-$500. I asked them about this issue and they say I'm a sharp because I'm winning and cannot raise my limits. How can anyone be a sharp betting $300-$500 per game. I don't even know what to do now because I have so much rollover left and $7000 balance. I only used them because of SBr. How shady is a book to even bring up a rule saying they have a right to enforce something like this, this is the only book to ever do this to me.

they should then also lower your rollover. ask them to. when they say no. file a complaint here at sbr. see if they can help. you are not sharp because of winning or losing. being sharp depends on when and at what line you bet. told 1000 limit to get the deposit-get 500 limit-less than a quarter way thru rollover and get 250 limit-is just not right. like i said i think you should file a complaint. whatever happens play thru and move on to another book. good luck

When I spoke with them before I told them to lower my rollover, they said no. I never bet at any given time, there are recent bets at 1pm in the day. If it took me 4-5 months to get to here with $500 limits how long do they think this will take, why should I be forced to bet games I don't want too.

I'd ask them to cancel the bonus and give you credit for whatever you've won and let you cash out. If they are afraid of you, that should be something they'd agree to. If not, just bet the $250 per game and beat the rollover. They are worse off that way. Getting limited is always a possibility. Betting $500 per game on a $7,000 account is overbetting anyway. They are doing you a favor.

Probably not. They'd be smart if he was dumb enough to do it. This outfit doesn't seem to sharp to be limiting a guy and assuring that he is going to beat the rollover. They should be letting him bet the whole $7,000 if he wants. They need him to bet more not less.

I did a thread awhile back about them doing this to me. The flat out LIED to me to get me to deposit. I like to take shots for larger amounts at times and they repeatedly called me for years asking me to deposit. One day ths Kenn guy calls and asked why i do not ever deposit and what would it take. So i told him higher limits and i wanted to make sure i would not be limited after a couple bets. He assured me i would not be and if i deposited would have higher limits.
I went in there and won my first bet. After that i go to make another bet the next day. My limits were at $250. Kenn would never answer the phone again . They admitted he was wrong and was being reprimanded but they did nothing to lower my rollover or at least give me higher limits again . Then the guy says to just keep playing and later we can see about getting higher limits. That was not acceptable to me. We already made a deal BEFORE i deposited and they decided to screw me .
I stopped playing there then months later i get a message left from a Kenn guy again at another book telling me i can have higher limits if i played there. I found the site and sent an e-mail there. I get this BS crap back from another guy(Think name was Jay) that he and Kenn walked out from Betmania because they complained to management because they did not like what they did to me . Of course i did not deposit after i got screwed before by them. Thing is-if they felt that bad why would they not call me explaining what happened instead of calling me months later thinking i will not remember them trying to get me to deposit.
About a month later - again from Betmania i get a message left from guess who -Kenn again saying about higher limits there again and wanting me to deposit. So that of course was a lie too about him walking out.
BM are a bunch of lying thieves and will blatantly lie to you to get you to deposit. Maybe as a lot say if you win they will pay. But it is wrong how they screw people Over and lie to get them to deposit then go back on their word when there is still a rollover to be met.

they did the same to me a few years ago. my limits are 250 max. told me it would be at least 500 if i deposited. never was able to get more than 250. its a pain in the ass to meet the rollover with small limits but it can be done. just takes longer

Thanks for writing. We received your complaint and are investigating. $250 on the surface is not abnormally low if you were betting $3-$500 a game, but we will take a look at all the facts. We need some more information from you, and have responded to your email.

The $250 is exactly what they put you to if you win. Me after 1 game. Funny thing when i got the higher limits i was told i can have $5000 and i only wanted i think it was $3000 . So they knew exaclty what they were doing and never one bit intended to keep their promise. And obviously they do the same crap to others .

The guy has to hit 47k rollover and you don't think $250 is abnormally low.LOFUCKINL

Plus he was promised a 1k limit but they only gave him a $500 limit then knockd him down to $250. you see this as normal practice and nothing to be concerned about?

I would say I was more to to $500 side than the $300. Also something u should know about $2000 was Freeplay winnings. How come I'm not claimed to be sharp at say bookmaker or heritage and I have had those accounts for 3years or so.

When a woman tells you...you look sharp this means you look good.
When Billy Walters tells you ...you are sharp means you know your game.
When Betmania tells you..you are sharp this means they're going to f.u.c.k you.

When they did this to me they hinted at saying that because i was getting higher limits it made me look like a sharp. But i hid nothing from the beginning they knew i liked taking shots. I do not make a living at gambling although i have some nice wins. I make my living doing Medicare Insurance and such not gambling. But if i deposit $350-$500 like i normally do and get it to $3000 - $4000 if i like a game i would take an all-in shot it is how i am. They knew this and agreed so i kept my end up and deposited. When they hinted though at me being sharp i felt they would use that with anyone as an excuse to not have to pay them.

This! If you usually bet 300-500. 250 is not so bad at all... You will take a little more time, but if you are a winner (long run), just keep going!
