customer service=average...not as good as heritage, much better than betonline.

Payouts=average speed, below average in regards to cost of withdrawal. Debit you best option.

Sportsbook=vanilla lines and options. Limits are high though.

Contests nice attribute. Blocks for football games.

    Casino below average.

    Facebook above average.

having several issues on sundays, especially before peak time (the late night game)
lines are not sharp and not thin. not bovada awful but close.
their casino is awful, never seen so many dealer 20's and 21's in BJ. Bovada-like but bovada worst.
Livebetting is overrated..they used to have nice in game 3rd qtr lines, in game 2nd half lins and totals...not anything now just "frozen."
best 2 books are heritage and 5Dimes, period. (unless your lucky and have pinnacle)
    payouts ok.
rest suck ass through a straw

BetDSI is a poor man's Bookmaker. They give you all of the bad of Bookmaker and none of the good. Apparently decent for baseball though. It's largely a book for suckers. I think it is basically trying to attract people with bonuses, fleece them and then send them on their way with a $50 fee for a payment as a parting gift.

My biggest issue with them is late lines which I think is part of their sucker strategy. I will be withdrawing and not coming back as soon as my rollover is met. They do pay though so there is that. Better to go with Bookmaker unless you want to bet baseball.

Yes, had I known BetDSI would have so many issues I wouldn't have joined. I liked the deposit options but their payout options are awful. Only permitting one a week and they guesstimate 7-15 days. 5dimes you can process as many as you like are are often same day payout. I instantly regret this and can't get my money out of this book fast enough. Is heritage at least better about payouts?

DSI is the square arm of CRIS. They can however be beaten because of this.

Doubtful. They use Bookmaker lines across the board except for a few select games where they lean to the favorite by half a point. If you can't beat Bookmaker, you aren't going to beat DSI either.

Their late line strategy also makes them harder to beat as they let the Bookmaker sharps give them tougher lines to beat by avoiding the early action.

    Hi guys,

To clear up some items: BetDSI has a DC option where payouts can be nearly instant or up to 48 hours. P2P payouts are typically same day if requested early enough or day after. Also concerning withdrawal fees, there have been some inaccuracies posted, please take a look through the BetDSI review if you have any questions, and always you can write to SBR.

If you encounter a snag, don't assume it's a long-term issue, all you have to do is ask SBR for help if you don't feel like dealing with the sportsbook customer service.

I like that they usually have all nfl games available in game. 5dimes usually has better odds but not as many games.
