So here is my betus story. Havent played there in 2-3 years. I won about 6,000 there and was nervous about getting my money, but after making it as hard as they could, and saying I could only withdraw under 1000 at a time, I eventually got it all. So at the beginning of football they offer me a 50.00 freeplay. I call and ask all the requirements before hand. They explain all the wager requirements, what sports counts towards wagers, etc. I specifically asked if there was a max payout from the freeplay or if a deposit needed to be made to cashout after the rollover was made, I was no max and no deposit needed since I have deposited before and had a card and docs on file. So I turn the 50.00 into about 500. I contact support and ask about cashing out, the said they would send out a **** card and load payouts onto that but it would take 2 weeks to receive. I asked support again if my rollover was met and if everything was in line, and made sure there was no max payout from the freeplay. I asked this because I know other books I dealt with have this restriction, but they said as long as the rollover was met I could cashout whatever I wanted. So I kept betting the next 2 weeks and turned my balance to 2700. I went to cashout and was now told I could cashout a max of 250. And after cashout fees would get 200. And the other 2500 they would take back. I offered to make a 100.00 deposit and roll over the total 2800 balance 10 times, but they said no. I am guessing there is nothing I can do, but maybe there is someone here with some ideas. I hate losing out on 2500 I worked my account up to, and none of that was parlays, so it wasn't like it was pure luck.

They are so terrible, file a complaint though I don't know if it would help but it can't hurt. My bro plays there but he's a massive loser so when he randomly cashes out they don't give him any flack

I will try to figure out how to file a complaint. My favorite lines when he told me they were taking the 2500 from my account were as follows. He said, why would we pay you out your full balance from a free play. We give out thousands of freeplays a year, we are not in business to give away free play money and pay it out. I also asked about a free payout since I had enough mallpoints earned through bets to get 2 free payout a month. He said no, and he also took away all my points away, that was worth about 100 in freeplay. I asked why he was doing this and he said because you don't deserve it. I am in 2 other safe books, and rarely dabble in any book that is not safe. And now I know why. The worst thing is all the money I won here I would have been placing those bets at 1 of my other good books. And now it is just taken away. He did give me the option to take the 250 or deposit 2700 and he would leave my 2700 in there and I would have to rollover the balance 10 times before cashout. I just couldn't bring myself to deposit 2700 there and then them have another reason notto pay me out a year later. That is probably how long I would take to make 54000 in wagers there.

They make you call in to talk about cashouts. And if it specific for your rollover I had to call in also. I did ask some general questions that I got them to answer some questions about My rollover and if my account was set for cashouts. But I'll have to look through what I saved on chat to see if it was anything that will help. I will submit a complaint asap. Its funny cause in my payout section it shows the 190 payout now **. And then 2500 something transfered. Wonder who got the transfered money.

I submitted a complaint. I checked all their bonus and rollover terms on their site up and down. And I don't see anything about 5 time max payout from a freeplay bonus. I guess sometimes you cant win for winning.

BetUS did not do a good job informing the player of this rule when he contacted them via customer service. However, BetUS disputes his claim that asked specifically about there being a max payout on the no-deposit free bet. BetUS has offered SBR the chance to listen to all recordings and view all chats.

Regardless, BetUS has agreed to offer the player to chance to deposit whatever he wants (up to the $XXXX won off the free bet) and have a 10X rollover on the deposit+cash bonus. The offer stands for the next 60 days. They are also going to give him a free payout of $46 and return $112 in FP which had been removed from his account.

Thank you very much for looking into this matter for me. It wasn't a mailer offer so the terms were not written on It. But it looks like that doesn't matter at this point. And at this point it is my word vs theirs on if they told me when I called that there was no restrictions on the payout from the bonus. At this point also I would be surprised when betus listens to the all the tapes and hears 1 or 2 of their support staff say this, that they would hand it over. Now I guess I need to decide if I want to make a large deposit at this book to get some of the money back that I earned and won. And then my worry is what if I deposit 2500, get my 2500 cash bonus that I won. I then have a 50,000 rollover. They automatically load freeplays in your account after you make certain levels from wagers. So if I have 5000 in my own money but they load a 112 free play. Is my max payout 5560. Since they have a max payout of 5 times on all freeplays. At least I have some time to think about it. But I know to deposit here I would need everything in writing as far as rollover amount, max payout, and if more freeplays are added how does this effect payout restrictions and max amounts. I am just really scared to have a high balance in a book like this. So I really have to weight the pros and cons.

I really do want to the thank sbr for taking the time and going above and beyond what any other website would do in looking into this matter.

I wonder if the same thing happened to him or her also. They say the rule is stated on flyers. But I didn't receive a flyer for the freeplay. So the only way for me to get the information on the terms of this freeplay was from what they told me or what is on their site under rules and regulations. And I looked all over their site and could not find anything that said a 5 time max payout from a freeplay. And since they told me there was no max payout why would I think otherwise.

Just to update. I have not decided to deposit or not to get the almost 2600 more in a bonus back that they took from my account. It is hard to do this or trust them after all of this they said my payout would be free. It was not (I received so for 190.00 from my almost 2800 balance and the rest is gone). They said they would return 112 in free play I earned. This has not happened yet also. So basically they tell me there is no max payout on the bonus. Then take my money because they say the rule was on a mailer and that was not true. They tell me the payout would be fee and it was not. And I would get the 112 freeplay back, and its been almost 2 weeks and that hasn't happened. Ya, I feel real safe depositing 2550 here and not being able to cashout until I make 52,000 in wagers

I've played at betus for 7 years. Made $6000 deposit and received 3500 in free play. Had to roll it 10 times. 95k in wagers later I received every dime of my money. Betus offered a fair compromise in my opinion.

why would you want to deposit that much money in a sportsbook that you know has screwed you once already. they suck. move on. tell people what happened to you there every chance you get. how they treat people good or bad by what they say here. doesn't matter. what matters is that you know they screwed you.

I am honestly glad you had a good experience with them. Mine was not so good though which make it hard to agree to their compromise . Especially when they have told me one thing then keep doing something different.

Still no word from anyone about anything on this issue. The only update I have is betus has called me 2 times a day for the past 2 days trying to get me to deposit. They were not calling because of this issue, they were just doing marketing calls to me. Deposit 2000 or more and get a 50% or 100% freeplay. I tell them politely that I will not deposit there because I don't trust them because they took over 2500 from me and you keep telling me one thing and doing another. The guy has the nerve to start arguing with me saying I am up over 400% since my first deposit there. So I should have no problem making a deposit. And if I win he promises I will get paid. I say so I was told there was no restriction on the freeplay I got before and I was robbed of 2500 so why should I trust you now. He just keeps arguing and trying to get me to deposit. They have balls that is for sure.
