5dimes getting too popular and the disaster that comes with it
I been using 5d for 10 years now. Ever since this current football season started, I know I have to set up an live chat to get what is currently being accepted at the time or for withdraws and payments. Maybe, they are too good of a book that so many bettors use them they need to consistently take a lay off from different methods of payments and or withdraws. What used to take 10 min, now takes hours and what used to take 24-48 hours now runs 5+ days. I am about to switch books that closely resembles 5d, but maybe not as many customers.
Any long time 5d players switch books because of these frustrations, and if so, where to? Any way of finding out what customers use what books? Any statements on my thesis is appreciated as well
didn't experience any delays in payment. the only problem i have is my limits have been cut to 100-200 (nfl is 1000) and 'reduced' is a whopping $10 MAX
5Dimes is good for recreational bettors only. If they don't consider you in that category your limits will be nil and you will have a timing delay on your bets.
I second your thesis on the quality of 5d, despite the blimps here and there, but anybody use a u.s book that's similar to 5d? I don't do bonus, or roll-overs- I don't want to be burdened with the annoyances of how many bets, how much, wait time etc to wait for a pay out. Looking for a turn-around time that is person to person and has similar betting lines
Payment processing for US facing books is more difficult for all of them than it used to be.
You could easily find that your new book has unavoidable delays just when 5Dimes is running smoothly again. It can happen to any of them in this environment.
It sounds like Heritage is the alternative you might be looking for though.
