    Marathonbet.co.uk PLEASE HELP!

I have opened an account before 20 days on marathonbet.co.uk. I made a deposit of 125 pounds via Paysafe and i bet on some fun bets.I still have on my account same amount of money. After one day they suspened my account and they were starting asking for identification document.I have sent them my Passport and my national ID plus a Proof of Address. Then they ask me a new proof of Address and i sent them a bank statement from Natwest (scanned and a photo copy) with a official stamp. After they asked me to send again my Bank statement but in a better photo copy. When i send them this statement ,they asked me to send again it scanned.I sent it and then they asked me again all my ID documents and again a bank statement. Finally they ask me (Driver License) and again a proof of address.I sent them again. I do not know what else to do.I am a Msc Student and i live on Appartmenets so i do not have Council Tax or Bills on my name to send a second proof of address.I sent them the contract, university papers and etc but they do not accept them. First time after 8-9 years online betting ,i meet such a bad company.
Please help me and say what i have to do.I think they try to steal my money.

Bookies can do what they want !!

This is the kind of attitude of the bookies I am afraid, they can do what they want when they have your money !

I am still looking for good bookmakers but it is a jungle ! And problem is that it is difficult to work with the good ones like Bet365, Pinnacle, Sbobet, same things with exchangers like Betfair (big commission!)

The player has been unable to verify his address to Marathonbet's satisfaction. We understand he has written the AGCC for their opinion. Unfortunately there's really no way to advance this one unless the documents are provided or the AGCC agrees his address has been sufficiently established.

Sorry what do you mean "The player has been unable to verify his address to Marathonbet's satisfaction".
I have sent them a bank statement as they ask. An official bank statement from Natwest bank.
I can post hear my documents with my private data hidden and the users and people can vote if these are the document that Marathonbet asks or not.

Bank statements can be manipulated very very easily

A utility bill is a little better

Easiest way to verify is when books send a letter out with the code on it

Thank you man.I asked my Dorms to give me any paper of council tax but they said to me they do not have any paper. Now i will ask this paper you suggest me. Really helpful information.

I have proved them that i am a student.I have send them universities papers and ID of university. Believe me the only thing i have not send is a DNA proof.

If staying in dorms, they will have the same address and possibly the same IP as other users (if registered)

As I said, you are not far away from illegal in the book eyes. You should first contact them and explain your situation. Whenever i travel out of my country i contact specific book customer service and explain where ill be next 5-10-20 days.

I understand you but i do not care about book eyes.I care about law. I am legal as an EU citizen,i am legal in United Kingdom,i have sent them my proof of address and my ID + universities papers so the fact that i still wait is a SCANDAL. Moreover i have not bet and won something or arbing and i try to take money from them . I just want my pounds that i deposit from Paysafe and i will not bet again to them.If they agree to deposit back my pounds ,i do not care about them. Be sure if i asked to identify without a deposit, now everything would be ok.

Ask them if they will accept a notarized document. Costs like £5-£10 from the post office

    Thank you for choosing Marathonbet.

Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked whilst we have been conducting a routine review. This review is still ongoing.

    SbrTassos,

No, it's just standard KYC. A lot of times players think the process is unusual, but you should be able to verify your address as needed. I understand you've sent them documents, those documents were not up to par with what they are looking for. Posting about it won't make the problem go away. You know the steps to take.

Should be under ''your details'', tassos just erased sensitive info.
Im possitive you will get paid Tassos, give them some time and whatever documents they ask for.
From what i understand they accepted your bank statement but ask for one additional proof of address.
