Not sure why they say 20x rollover, it actually works out to be 10x because they never count the freeplay into the roll. We have been over this so many times in other threads.

Correct, its actually the same figure as a 10x rollover as they only count the 20x on the initial deposit and leave the freeplay out of the calculation.

If you use the freeplay to bet a moneyline that's +120 for example and you win, you would get $360 put into the account. Remember if a freeplay is a push you lose. You don't get a second chance at the freeplay.

Yes, winnings are added to your account balance as per normal.

If you use cash, you get stake+winnings back. If you bet with the freeplay then only the winnings are added to your balance.

Be careful not to bet something that can push with the freeplay as that will count as a loss.

Hey guys, next time when you post a promo code. Please be very detail about it. Because i just went on livechat and chat with Tiffany. I asked her what code should i use to get 100% bonus, she said "hall of fame". I asked her about rules, and she explained to me that comes with 20x rollover and i have 24 hours to request the bonus after i deposited. I went on monkeykilogram to send 300, and i came back to live chat (Natalia) to ask her where should i click on the "claim bonus section" because there're 2 boxes in the deposit's confirm page. 1st box was "no bonus", the other was "10% bonus", but i want to use the "hall of fame". I'm worried, if i clicked on the "NO BONUS" and click confirm, then i can't get any bonus, and if i clicked on the "10% bonus" then i'll only get 10%. She replied: Sorry sir, "hall of fame" is expired AUGUST 27th. I was pissed! but still keep it cool, and she told me to wait so she can ask her supervisor to approve the "hall of fame" bonus for me. Good thing you called them to cancel the deposit. Its amazing to me that a book would rather have a customer not deposit 300 than to give them a bonus they will most likely not cash out anyway.

I really hate the fact that their custimer service was not very well trained or informed, so they can give out false info to their customers, and when the customers already deposit, they'll turn around and tell the customer different story, then shiet break lose, customers get mad and they'll lose business.

I was told to "never assume I am entitled to any bonus" despite my mentioning the bonus code referenced in the SBR forum at the time of deposit and having a friend deposit and obtain the bonus just hours before I did the same. I did login this morning and my account balance is zero, so presumably I am being refunded somehow.

Not sure who owns bookmaker (same software as DSI), but my only thought is perhaps I'm up overall enough at the parent book to where my account is flagged for some reason. End of the day, it appears I'm getting my money back but I'm still scratching my head at this one.

Yes, the rollover is required whether you win with the freeplay or not.

10x rollover of $300 always meant 3000, but 20x is 6000. I dont think thats standard, the past several seasons ive done a 3000 rollover for 100% deposits

Some talk X x deposit+bonus amount
Some talk X x deposit + higher amount of bonus or winnings from it.

What bookmaker call 20x is the same as what plenty of other books call 10x is the point I was trying to make.
