    Vipsports.eu fraud!!!

This bookmaker does not pay my winnings (account bil1022). They refunded my deposit but stole my winnings +2000USD. Hit one lottery ticket Justin Williams (what an average player compared to likes of Kopitar, Lundqvist or St Louis) to win Conn Smythe Trophy (NHL playoffs best player). Other bookmakers where offering even much better odds than they did (Betsson offered 21x while Vipsports.eu had him listed at 16x, I am not sure about this as I can not log in to my account).

Now because I won this bet specific lottery ticket I am a professional bettor (really, all Sunday bettors I know have VIP status on Skrill as the money you need to turnover is like 2000-5000EUR within a period of 12 months) and a professional bettor also because I managed to win actually money from Vipsports.eu and not lose like 99 % others in a solid sample like 20 bets on my account (which means statistically nothing).

My money were at risk and the limits they offer are smallest in internet (whether they are 30USD or 200USD), most importantly my money were at risk, odds were against me and now I won a small amount of money and they refuse to pay me.

THIS BOOKMAKER SHOULD HAVE F RATING IF THEY DONT PAY CUSTOMERS OR IF PAYMENTS TAKE MANY MONTHS/YEARS.

Sorry for your issue but seriously this book and there whole brand of books have numerous threads over the past few years about stiffing. Baus was a guy from this book in particular and i personally was stiffed from one of the sister books they own. Next time u want to know about depositing in certain books I suggest u do a search in this forum for player feedback, would help out for these issues. U can file a complaint with this book but SBR wont be able to help out at all, since they hate SBR and if they feel they want to stiff u that is what will probably happen. Sorry!!!

    Hi bigdog,
We have left messages for mgt and hope to hear back soon. Based only on a scenario of a bad line claim after the outcome of the event, at the very least books are expected to pay what they deem to be the correct market price. It indeed would be a scam, and is one thats been used for years, for books to inflate future odds to attract players and then cancel the bet if it hits while keeping all the losing bets. I dont want to talk about hypotheticals too much and distract from your account issue and discourage a reply from VIP.

If you do believe the line you picked is the issue it would be good to do two things. 1) Show where and as much detail about the odds existing elsewhere in the market and 2) share correspondence with the book you have had on the issue.

Management is now speaking to SBR about this complaint.

They claim the player's limits were $30 for futures bets/props but a system bug caused the limit not to be applied. They are unwilling to pay the full ticket out, but will grade the wager based on $30 risked, and will refund losses on excess bets from losing props.

    that is unacceptable

it isn't the players fault their system had an error

if the player lost the bet, this book would not only take the $30 max risk, but the entire amount he risked

he should either get the full amount or this book should be blacklisted

Every line hung should be paid regardless! If it was an obvious bad line and it can't be worked out with reason by men the full bet should still be payed out and the player booted. This is the old school way when honor and reason use to be in the business. Oh the good ole days!

    Hi trytrytry,

It of course isn't fair, but this is what players should expect dealing with a D- rated sportsbook. SBR is pressing for the full ticket to be honored, but it doesn't look like that's realistic to expect. This case is mentioned in a video report coming out later today.

Edit by SBR Admin: We have not received a complaint from you, wwraymond. Management has claimed there are no players owed or who have a $52k balance. Please write to mail@sportsbookreview.com with the details.

While you guys are at it, ask them about the 52,000 they owe me. I will be happy to discuss with you guys at sbr if there is anything you can.do, pm me.

Vipsports are crooks. You need to give any book related to them or their owners an F rating along with any associated books.

Correct, I was stiffed by this book. I was even stiffed the $500 I won on a Kentucky Derby futures bet on Orb +500.

So Vipsports.eu has still not paid me although they promised and they have not replied to my mails I sent them lately. 16 months and all they have done is a partial payment.

What happened back in 2014 is that I placed a few bets on their proposition markets and won a few more than lost and they decide to close my account. All of these bets were of modest size. And I want to emphasise that odds they offered on Williams winning MVP was not not highest because Betsson were currently offering a better odds. I am still waiting for them to pay my last +1000USD.

Just had a long discussion with a Vipsports.eu representative by phone.

According to Vipsports.eu I circumvent their limits by placing large bets on a small proposition markets. I did not consider my bets large even for proposition markets and I definitely had no idea I circumvent any limits as I used to place similar sized bets or bigger in proposition markets when I rarely place them. What if I would have lost like most bettors do instead of win? Still too big bets?

They said there was an error/glitch in their system which allowed them to take larger bets than they should have (was it only me or everyone else?) my bets where very reasonable sized (171-350USD on proposition markets, and the winning bet was much smaller, and small compared to likes of 5Dimes who also cater to recreational players or BetOnline or any recreational for that matter). Vipsports.eu did not disagree with me when I said that their odds on winner was too high or that it was an error by them, the error however according to Vipsorts.eu was that I as a sharpie was allowed to place far too big bets in terms of dollars. On the winning bet I should have been only been able to place 30USD when I was able to place 200USD if I remember correctly.

Nothing new from these cheats. There poker site Purepoker thats owned by theses stiffs just closed my account and said I chip dumped with $87 in it when I asked for a payout, which was a lie, I forgot the money was even in there for a few years now. They also owe so many people on 2+2 forum poker money, I calculated over $50,000 from what I read about.
Dimeline stiffed me for $2000 for no reason.
Im not surprised they are giving you trouble for only $200.
Sorry your even dealing with this, I know this was the worst book I have ever had to deal with. I would have rather the book just fold then to deal what these guys try to make you go through.

Just curious... Why would you play at a poker site owned by them with your history with them?

A couple years ago after Dimeline stiffed me I was posting on 2+2 forum then the guy recognized me because I was bashing them when players were talking good about Purepoker but I was telling the truth about the crooks. Then the guy called me up and tried to make good on $500 to shut me up at the time because they were getting a good amount of business at the time there, so I took the $500 had to listen to the guy tell me this story after story in the process about playing alot of poker and making money. I played poker for a few days, then my balance was $587 i think I took a payout of $500 a few years ago which they did send me, forgot about the $87 a few weeks ago then asked for a bitcoin payout and i get 2 response emails saying this:
[This will not happen. We gave you $500 to settle a dispute with Dimeline which you
dumped your funds into the poker network. You came in played 2 rounds and cashed out the
comp][ Account closed by the way]
Which I obviously didn't dump funds on this account. They can actually take the $500 back for all I care before they say they settled this money with Dimeline which i'm still owed not even sure anymore.
Well i'm totally out of these crooks grip they had on me.

Vipsports.eu were B rated if I dont remember incorrectly.

These dishonest lying scums told SBR theyll pay the wager in full once I write an review about them. They never did. Avoid this bookmaker at all cost. The guy who I spoke with (MARK CARTER) was ass-drank you could barely understand what he was saying. If you win they will come up excuses not to pay you. Dimeline is also same branch (both are from Curacao) and they are frauds too.

VIPsports.eu was never B rated. They are essentially the same book as dimeline and the group hasn't made it to C in 10 years if I recall. A person with the VIP customer list blasted it with marketing for VIPsports.eu but there is no relation. They should be avoided. GTbets is the closest thing to the old VIP.
