I would like to inform you that unibet.com doesn't follow their rules.

I placed bet on ball possession in League's Europa match Valencia - Basel after regular time. Unibet counted the result with extra time
69% -31% (http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague...674/index.html) . This result is absolutely wrong for regular time. I placed bet only regular time without extra, but unibet.com count regular+extra time and give the result 69%-31%.

Other bookmaker betcityru.com gives next result after regular time: %Possession: Valencia - 59%, Basel - 41%. I contacted with their support. They answered me that this result was on site uefa.com after end of regular time but they haven't screenshot to prove it, unfortunately.

After that I sent 3 e-mail to uefa.com but all are without reply still. I asked support of unibet.com to contact with uefa.com and resolve this situation but they refuse to do it.

I hope that unibet.com could understand own mistake. Now in all FIFA WORLD CUP matches they write:
"Bets settled according to official statistics published by FIFA.com. Including Extra Time."

Obviously a customer can back both sides, but the sportsbook obviously has a little (sometime ALOT) bit more money one side or the other and can pick a site to use to grade that backs the side they need. In this case customer(me) was shown a link that showed his wager a winner, then is graded a loss and verified by another site that states his wager is a loser. Further more, unibet can show customers two different sites to make sure everyone loses both sides of the wager.
At first they gave another link from espn site. Then they changed to another link (flashscore). It is not fair play.

Honestly, it sounds a bit like you have confused things by trying to make a case that they do this all the time on purpose. Has this happened to you or anyone else you know of another time?

SBR will try to help you but without any documentary evidence of the correct regular time percentages it might be a tough argument to mount this long after the event and their rule change.

eCogra does absolutely nothing, such phonies, they always agree with the bookies, I filled complaints when Gamebookers cancelled some live bets long after the event and they did zero, not even reply.
