BWIN - Account temporarily blocked - Balance of 8675.14 USD !!!!! HELP

    Hi guys,

I have a bwin account for couple months. I used to to some sport bets and won couple hundreds.
I decided to play Live dealer casino (Blackjack) and went up to 13000.- pretty fast!

I decided to withdraw but I saw that i had to upload documents. So i sent them everything.

    Copy of passport
    Bank Statement
    Utility Bill
    CC copy

Today i received an email saying that my account verification was completed and that i could do withdrawals.
So i decided to withdraw 5000.-

I received a confirmation email saying that the withdrawal was on a pending approval.

And couple minutes later, my account was blocked with the following message :

    Name: Screen Shot 2013-03-30 at 2.25.39 PM.jpg

My account is temporarily blocked. WHY ????

I want someone to help me and solve this case. I dont want to wait months and months like i read on many threads.
    I want to act quick.

I hope i will find some help and support on your forum.

    Best regards,
    G.

Bwin imited myself, and my buddies account within 2 weeks, pregame honest wagers, and in game basketball o/u's standard units 300$ they hate to lose, and will limit you to 64$ a wager rather quickly

    speaking from experience,
them and partybets are a joke

They are bastards. I had a couple of hundred and they suddenly made up some shit about my country banning them from doing business. Yea every sports book can legally take customers from south Asia except them. They paid me but probably cuz it was only around 200 usd. Fukkin snakes I hope sbr downgrades them and I hope you get paid Greg. File a complaint as Annie said.

    @ gregmau555

You will get your money. In german forms I read about the same problems. Bwin ever pay out the account balance, but when you've bad luck, you must wait 6 weeks or longer.

I suggest you to call the support. It seems they kicked you out as customer, as you won a lot.
I am sure that they will pay you out, if you played fair

I can´t imagine any bookmaker would ban you permanently if you play the casino, especially if you were going to leave 8000 in there, they must be nuts if they do ban you.

Bwin is well known from banning winners, it doesn't matter where they win, if somebody wins a lot, they don't want him as a customer.
This is there business strategy, they are not cheaters, they have decent betting offer, simply they kick out winners...if op played fair, they will pay this money out I am sure

    SBR Annie,

BWIN does not discuss complaints with SBR. You should be aware of what books don't talk to SBR instead of having this poster waste his time filing.

Say goodbye to that unless you have proof? See my post in this forum about Bwin! Luckily I took screenshots showing my balance, transactions, bets both winning and losing! I feared the worst and took precautions and only for this I reckon I would of lost my £1500. Good luck but you can't prove you had that money and I know a few people have had the balance wiped and lost a lot of money!

Sports book won't deal with it as I initially lodged a complaint with them. I also did one with Gibraltar Gammbling Commision and they got back and said I'd need to give it a week or 2 emailing and calling cust serv and then i had to provide evidence in the way of screenshots and emails etc. if you have no screenshots though you don't really have any proof you had that money in there so you need to get back into the bwin site or get them to confirm on the phone your balance then send you an email!! You could call their bluff and say you have screenshots and you have made complaints and see what they say then!!

    Bwin - crooks

I WON OVER £200 BUT WHEN I TRIED TO COLLECT IT THEY SAID I HAND NOT MEET ALL THE CONDITIONS.

WHEN I SENT FURTHER EMAILS IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO REPLY EVERY TIME.

NOW THEY SAY THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED I HAVE LOST ALL MY WINNING

    THERE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

My advice is - NO NOT BET ONLINE UNLESS THE COMPANY HAS REGISTERED OFFICE IN YOUR COUNTRY

The fact that BWIN refuses to talk to SBR and maintains a B- shouldn't put the benefit of doubt in their side.

BWIN doesn't discuss disputes so they are allowed to steal from players. It is an embarrassment they can maintain their grade without any discussing disputes.

    Hello guys,

    Bringing this topic up.
I never got any reply from Bwin. I gave up for a year and now I am back into my fight to at least get my winnings from Bwin back.

To remember the facts, my balance is 13'865 USD that I legitly won at their live blackjack casino online.

I have sent today an email to the gambling commissioner, Paul Fox to see if he'd get back to me as he never replied to my last email from April 30th 2013!!!

It seems like an endless fight but I consider its enough of a big amount to fight for. I will not give up. I see on this forum lots of complains about bwin.

Could anyone please assist me further with what I should do to make things move?

I did fill back in the time a SBR complain report but I never got anything back out of it?

Could someone help me in the process ?

    What country are you in?

Get some legal advice. Solicitors usually do a free hours consultation

    For £13k I wouldn't have waited a year!

I am now back in France but I am probably gonna move away for professional reasons, maybe amsterdam soon. Hopefully!

I couldnt deal with it up to now as I have been extremly busy at work travelling 80% of the time.

Now I have time to dedicate to it and I will not give it up. I spoke over the phone with the support of Bwin and they still have my account blocked with the balance of 13k $. She sent me an email to update my latest information. The thing is that all the documents i provided back in the time are not available anymore as it was when I was living in the Bahamas.

She said that it should accelerate the process as the *********** even expired. She will get back to me with further details on how we can operate. Apparently, there would be an outstanding balance to pay to one of their branches at Party Poker, which is part of Bwin group.

I asked for all details about that as I don't recall any issue with Party Poker but I will be willing to solve it to get my balance back of course!

My question is, can they use part of my winnings to pay the possible outstanding balance to the party poker account? and then of course get my winnings?
