    Requested a payout from them this morning, didn't hear anything all day and called back ten hours later and after dealing with some major asshole customer service reps on the phone some guy tells me they aren't sending payouts out until tomorrow. Seriously betislands go f yourselves. I am done with this book after the Super Bowl.

    I have too but things have definitely changed with them. You can tell if you call, used to answer "betislands this is Ben" now it's "account number" then they put you on hold without telling you. I wouldn't be super pissed if they are just having processing problems today but the customer service has gone to hell.

    Every single book has payout hi cups from A rated to F rated , we have always and 99% are like clockwork this issues get handled and the player gets compensated. He will get his payout tomm.

    major problem people have

    need to give Ryan Rossi / Shawn more responsibility and get him back involved

    strong worker, know he had his bouts with alcohol addiction

    he's been on the wagon for a good 6 months

    he was on the fast track and just had a small problem
