As there is no advantage to the regular player to have multiple accounts and do this, it's pretty safe to say that these are likely fan duel accounts with a basic preselected lineup to make it seem like there is actual liquidity within the market.
Just like being a casino, there's a little risk, but as long as they are winning just 48% of the time, they are still increasing revenue and profits for basically nothing.
and to be on the up and up, i gave my buddy the $200 and total access to my fanduel account as i have never played any fantasy b4 and told him we would split it 50/50 if he won and owed me nothing if he lost everything in 1 day.......i was turning PRO here anyways so no sweat and gave him free reign to use the $200 in the account however he wanted to...
took him like a month or so, and he had $1500 already and we agreed to stop to stop and we cashed it all out and split it....not a bad deal for him doing all the work and me getting about $750 bucks out of the deal (and the tax form..lol)
I wonder myself, now I see head to head because obviously you can see the other persons team when it starts. I play tournament, so there's over 13,000 ppl. Well the top 8 spots are incrementally above $1,000 and first place is like $15,000. Then the payouts of $50-$75 shuts down around 2,000th place give or take. I mean they could easily have the Admin make and insert a team for all the top players of the day. wait til its almost over to insert it for the big money. Then give away the smaller amounts to keep you coming back. It's pretty ingenious as I'm a FF lover as you are, and not so much a gambler. But it validates you when you win $100 even that you're pretty good at picking guys on a large scale instead of your local 13 team league. Whether they're cheating or not it'd be the easiest way to make millions and never be called out for it. Unless the time date stamp on all entries were verified legitimately. Which will never happen...

If you know your stuff at a given sport, you can win. I think people with poker & betting backgrounds have an edge here over average fantasy player because a lot of the same concepts like understanding variance, looking for overlays, bankroll management etc. come into play. You can use Vegas odds to help set a lot of your lineups on the go especially in baseball. You'll see many casual players load up with $50 and shoot for the stars with a $25 tournament, but you need a few different lineups a day registering for several different types of events to come out ahead. A few tournaments, a few leagues, a few 3-5 teamers, maybe throw in a few head to heads with one lineup.
You can score 150 points, place deep in a tournament but lose your H2H and your leagues. On the other hand, you can bomb in the tournament but make up a few dollars by winning the H2H. It's about volume.
Hello I would like to weigh in on this issue on fan duel payouts and are the legit. I started playing there 3 weeks ago I didn't do great at first but won 250 the other night I tried to cash out the ask for my SSN to verify who I was which is no problem. They paid me via PayPal in less than 48 hours. So people have a lot of different line ups who cares don't get in a contest with multiple entries then!!! Online Poker is over with the sites that are left are a fraud why because they can be. This is the future it's legal and it's in the U.S. stop complaining before you mess this up to!!!!
