    Professor I. Nelson Rose of gamblingandthelaw.com, a renowned expert on international gambling law, called in to the SBRtv studios to discuss the current legal state of online sports betting in the U.S.

    In Part 1, Professor Rose starts off with his general thoughts on the state of online sports betting in the U.S. in general, and gets a bit into the legalities and mechanics of web domain seizures.

    Stay tuned for Part 2 coming up later this week where Professor Rose addresses some of the questions posed by SBR posters.

    Very good stuff as always. I get so tired of hearing people say it is illegal to place a wager at an online book. Clearly stated it is not by Mr. Rose. Also, very enlightening information about the domain seziures. Sounds like they are not going to take place much if at all anymore.

    Good stuff

    The U.S. tells china they need to stop censorship and criticize U.S. based companies that helped China build the great firewall of china blocking websites with words like democracy and freedom, and then we go out and seize domain names because we only allow sports bets in vegas not online.

    exactly, telling others not to censor the net, but then taking away sites, what next , they tell google to block book searches
