I used to use VIP.com as my main book because they were far and away the best with customer service, rewards, and when I requested a withdrawl I had it in half the time they estiamted it might take each and every time. VIP.com was a B rated book. I come back here when they close down to find a new book to use so naturally I choose an A rated book, and i choose 5dimes.

On my first deposit with 5dimes I had to send it via ** and the directions they gave me did not work so I had to go back to the ** location get a refund and resend....big pain and not a good start. I placed some baseball wagers and won some money and last Sunday night requested an *************** withdrawl for $400.00. I was told numerous times an *************** withdrawl will take 3-5 business days. Today is the 6th business day and I've still got nothing. The best customer service can do is tell me that if I don't have it by tomorrow then it's going to get sent back to them in which case I'll have to wait 10 more days just to have the funds avaialable in my sportsbook account!!!! Not even in my hands.

Not a good way to start business with a new customer, and shame on you SBR for clearly selling out your ratings instead of rating books based on performance.

VIP was A+ for many years until they started the process of fading out a few yrs ago. In their past few year VIP had a fraction of the players 5Dimes has. Being too big to pay is not an excuse either and that's not the case with 5Dimes. If you search around the forum you can see 5D is known for paying fast. They didn't get ranked atop the posters poll by misleading players.

There isn't a book out there who hasn't made a mistake our provided less than standard CS. Shoot us an email and we can inquire with mgt on your behalf.

No worries +E. Nailing down payment times 100% of the time is nearly impossible for books the past couple yrs. They get there but there is a variable with the third parties. In rare cases, they are even resent/issued.

I went to deposit and when I went to give the confirmation # , the guy that gave me the name and country gave the right name but wrong country , I was not able to go back that day to try to get it corrected , went back the following day and had to pay a 25.00 cancellation fee for that m-g and resend , so it cost me 45 bucks to send one deposit...they covered the 10.00 for the deposit that was sent to the correct info but not the 10 or 25 for the deposit I had to cancell because of there mistake...Im not trying to make a "big deal" out of it , just seen where the op had the same problem and thought I would add my experience...

Ive had multiple payouts from them. Great book, great lines, great features. Don't worry +Even your $ is very safe with these guys, it definitely had to be a processor issue not on there end. Hope that helps man GL.

Thanks Legions....still waiting patiently as there was no deposit in my account today either.

On Friday I was told I would get it that day or Monday (for some reason 5dimes is of the belief that *************** deposits can be posted to accounts mid-day which in my experience is never the case it's always middle of the night)

On Monday I was told I'd get it that day or Tuesday

Today I'm told I will get it today or tomorrow.....I see a very troubling pattern forming

I'm also told that if they dont have it in ten days, then I'll have to wait for it to be returned to them (which could be another 10 days) then the money will be in my account and I can try another withdrawl.

I'm sure that I will get paid eventually and that is not a worry of mine, but to me a A+ book shouldnt have these withdrawl issues, and if they do they shouldnt tell me I have to wait almost a month for things to be rectified. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it doesnt come to that.

Still no deposit made to my checking account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can this book possibly be rated as an A+ this is a crock of shit. I've dealt with books that are rated lower than this that dont have nearly the problems with payouts it appears 5Dimes has. Not only can they not seem to get me my money, they also refuse to do anything to help the situation. ANYTHING. Yesterday morning I asked if they could at least get a hold of their processor to find out what the problem is, they said yeah we'll get back to you when we hear form them, and still nothing! How can an A+ book not get me money money, not work with me to find a solution, tell me it could be another 10 days or so until I have the money even back in my ******* account with them, and not be able to contact a ******* processor they work with to find out the problem.

I don't know what your criteria is, but certainly I would not expect problems like this from an A+ book (which should mean the best of the best).......wait I know....maybe they were graded on ******* opposite day.

I think everybody here pretty much understands how the nature of the business works regarding ratings, there is not such a thing as a A+, A-, C+ etc. It is just a matter of the specific book smiling to the rating site and/or paying advertisement. They will pay you, but it will take time, processing for yanks is harder these days.

the whole industry has had the clamps put on it...many books are no longer accepting CC for first deposits of new customers. it is not an issue of VIP vs 5dimes but of the present and the past. Since it sounds like you requested a check- did you ever think maybe it was lost in the mail or someone stole it

they've processed cash transfer withdraws in 2-3 hours.. i am an eye witness. use your free withdraw and have them send it the same way you sent to them. wont be 10 days, and probably wont be 10 hours if you request it in the morning.

I did not request check it was an a.c.h. to my bank. If the industry is changing that's fine, they should change with it and not tell ppl 3-5 days when it's much longer, and if there is a problem they could at least keep me in the loop instead of constantly telling me tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. Id expect at least that from a supposed A+ Book

well this is the type of thing we tell sbr so they can adjust the rating appropriately. i doubt they're trying to just slowpay you but i wouldnt put error passed them. goodluck acquiring your money in a timely fashion.

its been over 2 days and nothing...

this happened back in Febuary and I honestly wrote them off then as doing any future business with , although it was only a few dollars , it was there mistake that I had to pay for , but the point they said they would make it right and haven't only confirms there will be no future business from me...

I do appreciate you looking into it though...

sbr has beenvery helpful to alot of people no doubt about it but there rating is def swayed by sponsors that pay them I get much quicker payouts from d books that dont advertise with them then I ever did with any of there so called A books. look at the forum 90% of complaints are about there A books

well that's probably becaue 90% of the people use their A books. SBR is a great service and free, and without them and people like them the online sportsbook would be a complete sham so I am thankful for them. But It's clear they advertise and do pretty well for themselves with those advertisements, anyone knows that you are just naturally going to be a little less judgemental of the people that line your pockets and feed your family.

5Dimes has paid me as fast as anyone. Free payouts and reduced juice makes them an excellent book for me. They have reduced my limits though.

Checked account this morning and the money has been deposited. All in all longer than I've waited for for this type of withdrawl in the past but not terribly long. CS was always responsive in live chat, and e-mail, just not very helpful. I'm thinking that I'll just use different methods in the future

Ridiculous statement. Even if you have a 100K bankroll you might consider $400 "a lot". Wealthy people don't generally get wealthy by not caring about money.
