Soccer moneyline is not like your basketball moneyline. It doesn't include overtime or extra time and pk for soccer.

There is a reason why France to raise the cup odds is lower than the ML. It gives France an extra 30 mins and pk chance to win rather than just 90 minutes.

3-Way Moneyline The moneyline in soccer is similar to in other sports except for the fact that unlike football, basketball or hockey the player can also bet on a draw. I'm sure some books do it differently. But typically when we talk about soccer ML, it doesn't include ET and PK. It doesn't really matter if your book does because their odds would certainly be different.

Most sportsbooks I have dealt have a "Three-Way Market" which includes both sides and a Draw as possibilities. Most ML bets are graded after 90 minutes + Injury Time, unless designated, and there are different odds for different realities (To Win in Extra Time, To Lift Trophy in this case). Once in awhile you will find a line like 5Dimes is offering "2016 Euro Winner = extratime and shootout included," but the rice is built into the bet and the odds should be similar "To Lift The Trophy." If you can find Pick 'Em or Even odds, you can avoid the potential of losing on a Draw in 90 minutes, but the return in less. Always depends on the sportsbook.
