    USA should focus on making it out of their group. Have the defense and athleticsm to compete, but not the quality for goals.

    As for top goal scorer Suarez or Sanchez.

    Not really. They have a number of players who play with decent European teams and Chilean squads that compete in their continental tournament. A team with American MLS players has 0 chance of winning this tournament.
