    Bayern @ Porto

I think people are overthinking this fixture. I know that bayern has alot of players out but bayern still has players capable of winning this game handidly.
Im going 4 units on Bayern +100
    good luck to all

I like the fact that you underestimate one of the most hard stadiums to play at. Ooops

    Second leg Possible lineups:

Neuer; Rafinha, Boateng, Badstuber, Bernat; Alonso, Lahm, Thiago; Götze, Müller; Lewandowski.
While Alaba, Benatia, Martínez, Robben, Starke are out

For Porto: Fabiano; Ricardo, Maicon, Marcano, Martins Indi; Herrera, Casemiro, Óliver Torres; Quaresma, Martinez, Brahimi.

somehow I believe that Pep Guardiola can overturn 3-1 defeat, since the second leg will be held at their homecourt

lahm has been battling a cold for a week and hasn't been able to train, same deal with bernat who's had to sit several practicies, and schweinsteiger isn't matchtrained at all.

meanwhile porto rested their entire starting 11 this weekend and played a full 2nd string lineup in their homegame.

if they play badstuber and boateng as the cb's they are going to have a really hard time dealing with the pace of martinez.

    Same thoughts as me.

Bayern Munich to qualify @ 2

Bayern Munich worst defending performance of the season let them down last week. But then how often do we see 3 school boy errors from a team like Bayern in 1 game? If there is a team who can do the great escape, I believe it's going to be Bayern. They have Guardiola and a pair of strikers(Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller) who is still functioning pretty well. They've been involved in 11 of Bayern's last 12 Bundesliga goals.

Porto were excellent last week. Both fullbacks Danilo and Alex Sandro will be suspended. They have alot of depth in midfield but I can't say the same for the defence, especially the fullbacks. Bayern are a huge threat in wide areas, where Guardiola loves to create overloads. This could be problematic for Porto playing with makeshift fullbacks.

This should be a tighter game than last week but Bayern should just edge it and qualify.

i hope that porto win, but i doubt guardiola will let them, if bayern arent up buy 2-0 by the 70th min mark i could see uefa officials storming the pitch and shooting half of portos players, they want bayern in not porto.

Possible that Robben will play about 30-45 minutes, and boost Bayern in 2half, special when left back who will play instead of A.Sandro most likely CB`s Ivan Marcano is slow as ketchup...

they played Lille, Shakhtar donetsk, Athletic bilbao, Basel, Bate borisov.... Saying its impressive beating clubs like that in champions league is like being proud you beat up your little sister. if they beat bayern, PSG, Barca, Atletico, Real etc etc at home. then it would be impressive, bayern wins 2-0 3-0 here.

Platini wants a smaller side into the final 4, proof that his agenda of "improving" the game all around is "working", its like his Euro approach with 24 nations and guarantee entries of smaller nations directly into the CL now... this way more votes for him in his elections!

Honestly, if they are down by the 70th minute, who on the subs list can really provide an offensive spark??

like i said wouldn't surprise me if bayern wins it 4 - 1 just because pep is playing for his job, they lost their entire medical staff recently, and because they are so hampered down by injuries that it's not even funny.
