    In my opinion, Santos is by far the best team of the Cup.

    Penarol is a good team, but remember that its in the final because U Catolica's keeper REALLY sucks and conceded INCREDIBLE goals in quarterfinals and were lucky in semis against Velez Sarfield that missed a penalty shot that would have qualified them.

    If you want to take Penarol, maybe there's some value on PK or hdcp +1... however I'd rather take Santos -1 than Penarol.
