Hi guys,
About this unpleasant case:
The user (efeomr) has been operating as an agent through us for quite some time and is familiar with our T&C's (which were updated over a year ago).
Our rules, as displayed on the website, are very clear and limit the winning amount one can generate daily as is legally required by both our license and AML policy.
The prevalent article (4.7) reads:
A customer, either registered directly to PremiumTradings service or via intermediate agent, can win up to EUR50,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) per day.
The agent generated all his winnings from one single user, and not multiple "users", as he claimed above, during 3 days of activity and as such, the maximum that he could win over such a period was EUR150,000 - which he did.
The notion that there has been any "seizure" of funds is entirely incorrect for the simple reason that the funds in question were never generated.
Following on, the agent then asked to withdraw EUR182,000 (his winnings + an additional EUR32,000 he had in his balance) and the payment was processed within a day with the funds being received shortly afterwards.
Since then, all his questions have been answered politely and promptly and as explained to the customer yesterday, the case has been forwarded to the legal department for further review.
As a reputable company within the gambling industry, the best we can do for our customers is adhere to both the terms of our license and our T&C's and that is precisely what we have done on this and every other occasion.
