    It went 2-0? I didn't even check the scores. Crazy busy yesterday.

    Download an app called OnsideSports. Then click on the game you want to view, it'll open a drop menu, then simply click "feed" on the right side. That'll show percentage bets on Spread, Total and ML.

    Then it lost. He said you take opposite when percentages show 75% or more on one side. So the play would've been Cleveland and GS both under.

    I quickly looked back to January 1st through yesterday on NBA plays. There were 4 plays that had 75% or higher. I don't see a point in tracking ML because of course 75% or higher will be on GS, SA and CLE MLs every game.

    Tailing = 3-0-1
    Fading = 0-3-1

    I'll track for a week for curiousity. Definitely not betting.

    Its hard for me to give percentages before tips. Forced to wait closer to tip so most votes are in but at 7pm I'm at work. I'll give the results later tonight to see how it did.

    Was on a turkey site I found out of UK I think.. protipster.com ... Found a bunch of guys offering tips to "unlock" or whatever they do with phony coins.. some of these guys you can see from the stats are making 5 bets on 5 games at different spreads just to make play money... got about three guys as beauty targets to fade the next few days... This is about as amateur as it comes, what a gift...

    I'm not tracking anymore. The record before tonight's games was 5-1-1 tailing and 1-5-1 fading(obviously).


    Today alone it went 2-5 fading.



    So plays 75% or greater are 3-10-1 fading overall.

    I use covers consensus as the "betting public", because they have no agenda to warp the data. I utilize betting percentages as a final filter...my experience with public consensus is there is a 3-6 edge in fading >58% of the public on one side. In other words i'll do my handicapping, and if the public is on them at >58%, then I may get off the play.

    An example of this is in the NBA playoffs, overs have hit about 35% this year and favorites have covered to a lesser degree. After checking yesterday, favorites and overs were 54-66 (45%) this year. If I've capped a game to go under and the public is on the over, that makes my play stronger.

    Consensus only tells you what side the betting majority are on. If it always denoted square money then when enough sharps or people who thought they were sharps got on the other side, they would become the dreaded public money. put more time into other more important research on a game.
