I think OU has a great shot to cover but of the three possible opponents in the playoff, Clemson poses the most problems to OU from a matchups standpoint.

OU hasn't faced a mobile QB like Watson all year.

This should be a good game. I wouldn't put to much stock into last years' bowl game either.

OU was missing their #1 RB and #1 WR, had several injuries, and it was obvious from the kickoff they didn't want to be there.

Both teams are a lot better at QB too.

Clemson gave up 37 to NC and the Tarheels QB was terrible. Even worse they gave up 32 to a shit South Carolina team in the game before that. Oklahoma can run and pass and they don't make O-lineman in the ACC like Oklahoma has! Clemson is in for a shock! Add to that Clemson's 2nd best WR and kickoff specialist were sent home early. Oklahoma 41-30

Bottom line is you can't get too deep into comparing how teams did against other teams and then how those teams they lost to or beat did against other teams. If you do that in your line of thinking, you're gonna end up losing a lot more money than gain.
