    You know you have a fukking problem when...

    ... you continuously put off buying a $200 dresser for your bedroom, and paying your $100 red light traffic violation, yet you wager at least 20x that on a daily basis. You (I) put it off so it doesn't put a dent into your bankroll.

    I go to Kohls and will not buy a $12 shirt because I say it is too expensive

    I had my eye on $17 sandals the other day and refused to buy and same reason

    I lose $100 gambling and thats breaking even and I am very happy

    Gamblers will not spend any money on anything but gambling

    Phone been cut off for a month now but I find myself back at Walmart at customer service sending in before I pay that phone bill. Why pay it when my Obama phone works? Believe it or not I'm saving money not having a smart phone because I can't bet all day long

    Probably should value everything equally and not necessarily government > lifestyle > gambling. Simply budget appropriately. Saying all that doesn't make it easy. I'm lucky I have one to keep me grounded. Hope you guys do too.

    I think there's a certain level that everyone needs to figure out what percentage of "crazy" they are when it comes to gambling. Let's face it... when we have extra cash... don't we tend to buy things we wouldn't really need anyways? I wanted to put in a hot tub... but why blow the money? Probably wouldn't even use the damn thing. The highs and lows of gambling actually makes me utilize things more... and teaches me not to waste money on garbage. Everyone has a life style... some people blow $ at strip clubs... some blow $ on drugs. I blow $ on wagering.
