Below is a round-up of the more useful and/or popular items; but is by no means an inclusive list. I used pts/$ as my deciding index. It is not ranked in order. Some options may not be available to everyone specifically but these are all offered to myself. I pulled the most available price from reputable 'big box' type stores (Walmart, Amazon, etc).
Everything below is just my opinion.
Weber Gas Grill worth $349 for 8684pts = 24.88pts/$
A smaller but sturdy gas grill from Weber. You can expect good quality but with free shipping to the Contiguous United States only, this is not +EV for most people.
Taylor Made R11 TP Driver worth $399 for 9604pts = 24.07pts/$
This very popular driver comes in at a decent price, but cannot be justified unless you've had your eye on it for awhile and really want it.
Powertec Workbench / Leverage Gym worth $999 for 19320pts = 19.34pts/$
Actually a great deal if you're looking into a home gym. I've read mixed reviews but for most people, this unit should be plenty. Depending on how much shipping is (doesn't say in SBR store) and to where, this could top the list for big ticket items.
Segwa i2 worth $6000 for 135369pts = 22.56pts/$
Don't think anyone would seriously consider buying this but I threw it in here anyways because the price isn't bad among big box items.
Donation worth $30 for 325pts = 10.83pts/$
Great deal for a great cause. Sure, SBR may claim tax breaks and/or exemptions but who cares?
Pizza Gift Card worth $15 for 220pts = 14.67pts/$
There's a reason so many people cash in on the pizzas; they're a good deal, easily accessible to all users, don't require much capital... and everyone needs to eat so why not the Italian pie?
Gift Card worth $25 for 582pts = 23.28pts/$
The best denomination for the 'major' gift cards. And although not quite the best price point in general, these gift cards don't expire and they're easy to use online or in store. The stores carried also offer a wide enough variety for everyone to find something they like.
Gift Card worth $50 for 1168pts = 23.36pts/$
Just get two $25's (save 4pts)
Gift Card worth $100 for 2647pts = 26.47pts/$
Don't get these. Terrible deal.
Airline Gift Card worth $1000 for 21309pts = 21.31pts/$
If you fly a lot, this is a great deal. The price point is just right for a big ticket, high-commodity purchase.
Line Service Month worth $99 for 650pts = 6.57pts/$
Seems like a steal but obviously this price point should be taken with a grain of salt. It costs them next to nothing to add users as their service is already largely in place.
Line Service Year worth $299 for 1950pts = 6.52pts/$
If you're going to buy this line service, go for the year. Not only do you get 12x the coverage (12 months instead of one), you pay at a lower price point per dollar.
VividSeats worth $100 for 1400pts = 14pts/$
Everyone likes to go to games, I've heard VividSeats is a good way to find tickets last minute or deals or whatever. Worth checking out for sure.
FanDuel Cash worth $50 for 850pts = 17pts/$
Some dude recently posted that he won $1700 quickly on this site, why not try your luck?
FanDuel Cash worth $100 for 1600pts = 16pts/$
Same as above, better price point.
Sportsbook Cash worth $70 for 975pts = 13.93pts/$
Great offering, sorry Americans!
Sportsbook Cash worth $140 for 1888pts = 13.49pts/$
Even better and more amazing than above. Make sure to seek out this option in the specific 'Sportsbook Cash' tab as it is not listed in the '1001-9000 points' category. Speaking of, SBR should make an "All" tab so we can see everything at once.
Moneybookers worth $26 for 400pts = 15.38pts/$
Hurry up as this option will be eliminated at the end of this year!
Moneybookers worth $65 for 1000pts 15.38pts/$
Same price point throughout the Moneybookers options, so just go with however much you need.
Moneybookers worth $130 for 2000pts = 15.38pts/$
Same as above.
Canon EOS Digital Rebel Digital SLR worth $589 for 16681pts = 28.32pts/$
High price point, deals can be had around the internet and in-store. Avoid this one unless you're stocked with points and really want this specific camera.
Amazon Kindle DX 3G worth $279 for 8076pts = 28.95pts/$
Avoid. There are better deals to be had. So many tablets and readers and netbooks out there, no need to pay this much per dollar.
Sony Ear Buds worth $45 for 1269pts = 28.2pts/$
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Tom Tom GPS worth $120 for 2320pts = 19.33pts/$
Great deal, but why even buy it? Most phones and cars come with awesome GPS systems pre-installed. If yours doesn't, it's time to upgrade!
iPod Nano worth $179 for 3504pts = 19.58pts/$
I think this is an older product or I might be getting the price wrong. Take this one as it is. May or may not be +EV.
iPod Touch 32GB worth $279 for 8176pts = 29.30pts/$
Same as above except it's very more likely -EV.
iMac worth $1999 for 48720pts = 24.37pts/$
Not bad price point for an awesome product. If you want it, go for it as Apple rarely has sales and is very strict with price constraints.
Alienware M14X worth $1199 for 35700pts = 29.77pts/$
Better deals can be had. Avoid this one.
iPad with Wi-Fi 16GB worth $499 for 12300pts = 24.65pts/$
Right around in the mean price point for a big ticket item. Very popular, good product. But you guys can ask mil mike about them if you have any questions.
Hope this helps, boys!
