    Just want to do it on my own. Very capable, exercise and stay off the boos. Very mobile for 450lbs. can still kick my foot 6 foot high lol. I win free shots with that one all the time lol. Lost over 110lbs before, its just time to do it again and some but keep it off this time. Starting this challenge in a few weeks where I can win $100-$600 depending on how much i lose in 90days so that's a start. I need to do this for my kids, so I can see them grow up.

    Yeah man as long as you're motivated but lap band just shrinks your stomach....you still would have to exercise which is very important

    Seems like you have the right attitude.....keep the diet in check and work your ass off.....Ask yourself every night if you did all that you could that day to get better

    Try and look into Ideal Shape meal replacement shakes. Taste ain't bad at all and more importantly it has a hunger suppressant in it

    Will check into that, I am going to be taking nutri-thin as well it is part of the 90-day challenge. I took it awhile back and did well with it. Definitely going to need it for the energy boost. Never got into them shakes but hear they are really good to use. I honestly dont eat much anymore to busy with life in general and kids sports, just need to exercise and consume alot less alcohol. With shakes comes money but I guess so does food lol. If i lose 60+ in the 90 days its $600 i should get that but 20 and over pays out so I will be getting something 4 sure. The money is a great incentive for only 90 so after that I have to keep motivated and continue throughout.

    5'9 225. Not as muscular as I used to be. Too much weight in stomach and chest. Might try that crap Freevick suggested after a little research.

    You are deciding to attack this weight issue at a good age. Your metabolism will definitely slow down more in the near future and your body will start telling you it doesn't like carrying the weight. Do it for the kids and more importantly the grand kids. Your quality of life will improve greatly.

    Age? Im 35 and the last time I felt great was around 7 years ago when my daughter was born. Never the same after that.
