    Sometimes...

We're just OuTpLaYeD, men... let's just face it. Have to own it.

I mean, I could've had the 5th Ace here like in daner's famous Lou hand he sometimes posts, so... nice laydown here so as not to lose anymore chips:

    ***** Hand history (v1.2) *****

Then for the coup de grāce:

Gotcha...Perhaps with the pinochle deck being mixed in, explains some of the poker error messages I've been getting:

Not one of my finer moments of being distracted....but in my defense I was simultaneously throwing up watching the Giants blow their 2nd lead of the evening thus torching my wager on gas can Mr. Peavy.

Side note: I find it cute that Bite took time out of his busy evening to share our moment together with everyone. You'll always be ACES in my book.

In Bite's defense, how could he not "share" the worst fold in SBR history?

If he calls hand 1, won't he lose more in rake than whatever he'd gain by chopping the pot

If Laz called hand #1 like any normal player would have done, he gets $7.60 with the chopped pot. The rake was 80 cents, are you suggesting the rake would have ballooned to over $7.60 by calling Bite's all in bet?

On that hand, selbst raised + re-raised all-in w/ 44. Then got pissed that she was called and lost.

Its been a long time since I've played SBR poker so I don't remember the rake rules or if it's capped. The pot was $16 and .80 is 5%...so if he calls a 265 shove the pot is 546 x 5% = 27 / 2 = 13.5 rake per player in a chopped pot

    just asking...I can't remember if it's capped

I don't pay much attention to rake, so I also don't know if it's capped. But to me that was an easy opportunity to take a huge chunk out of their rollovers, when all you stand to lose is rake.

I can only assume they were playing with rollover pts, since they both have plenty of poker badges.

I guess I could have looked at the next hand and saw that it's capped at $1

    good point on roll over

The Giant's poker bot 69 has been wreaking havoc not only on the Fish here at SBR, but also the software.....

i've been getting strange messages too..... at first I thought it was Titty Warrior sending me more shit on the downlow about wanting my nice ass, but now I'm sure it's the f'n Giant.....

key here is rollover.... not sure if laz was rollin' over pts at the time, but that's the golden opp missed by the horrid fold....

I fold to biter all the time despite holding the winning hand in small pots..... because I know SBR will then deal me a winner on the big hand..... "equalizer programming at its finest...."

on SBR, you have to lose to win.... the key is to lose the small pots, and then get it in bad (like laz did on the coup de gra hand) to win the big pots.....

on sbr, it's never about "playin' the player", it's all about playin' the software
