    SBR please review Tigergaming.com

PayNoRake poker has apparently merged with TigerGaming.com, so now I have an account there. Got the email yesterday.

TigerGaming claims to be a "Trusted online Poker network since 1999"

    They have a sports book.

Does anyone have any experience with TigerGaming.com, either poker or the book? Are they any good? Do they pay?

SBR can you do a review on their book?

All I know so far is my $7 balance hasn't shown up there yet. Paynorake had no decent cashier options for me anymore but Tigergaming.com appears to have Instadebit!

Google search shows they have been around for quite a while but there are quite a few criticisms of the poker software at places like 2+2 and way too many different reports of nopay/slowpay issues in the last few years at other places.

The TigerGaming.com poker room and casino forms part of the Chico Poker Network, and is owned and operated by Thot Management NV, licensed in Curaçao.
Chico used to be the Action Poker Network. Years ago they slow paid players when they and Play Safe Holdings, which is listed on the sister sites of tiger gaming as the owner and has same Google analytics ID, were in disagreement over something. Play Safe is apparently the software provider.

Im not sure if Chico poker is now part of EPN or its own deal that happens to use the same software from Play Safe Holdings. Any poker guys know? We will reach out to EPN's CEO. With his sports background I'll make a pure guess and say its EPN's sportsbook.

Looks like EPN's Full Flush is in no-pay mode and the CEO left last year.

Id suggest everyone stay away from Tiger until we sort out the family tree. Play Safe is publicly traded and claims ownership of sister Tiger sites.

LOL blast from the past. Used to love the Big2 games at tiger but got stiffed when it was time to pay. Made up every excuse and run around to avoid paying me until I forgot about it. Circa 08-09 so can't speak for anything more recent cause I'm don't give second chances to shady books or cardrooms

My account balance showed up a few days after I started this thread, after contacting support.

Then a few days later they sent me a $100 no deposit bonus offer. Required to be raked $100 before withdrawal.

    I accepted the bonus.

I also made a $10 deposit with Instadebit. Because I know they always require a deposit with any method before you can withdraw.

I have now played more than enough hands to cover the rake requirement, so I requested an Instadebit withdrawal yesterday. There is no point in playing there if they don't pay out.

    Today the request was rejected.

The reason given was that I need to make a deposit with Instadebit first. Which I already have.

Sounds like an excuse not to pay.

I have sent customer support an email about this today.

They told me to re-submit the payout request.

    Withdrawal pending again.

Instadebit payout received. Around 10 hours after I requested it the second time.

I expected to be required to submit id, but they did not even ask for it. My ID with the former site (Paynorake) may have still been on file and that was good enough, maybe.

The Cashout fee was supposed to be 1%, but I received my requested amount +1% extra at Instadebit.

Either a free payout for mistakenly rejecting the first request, or they may have used VIP points.

I kept a small balance in there, might hit the tables again or try out their sportbook now that I know they pay.

The software is great. Good for multi table play.

I think it's the same network and poker client as Betonline. They did the poker client upgrade the same day as BOL a few weeks back.

Customer support was friendly and very helpful. Immediate confirmation of emails with a ticket number assigned and they responded usually within a few hours. No chat available.

Their sportsbook looks a lot like Betonlines as well. Pretty much same offerings with a wider line. Can SBR confirm that this is not a Betonline book now?

The Tigergaming sportbook offered a $25 risk free bet in August. First bet promo.

So I placed a $25 bet, which lost. They refunded the $25 as a freeplay.

I played that, busted. Have not reloaded there yet.

I agree it seems to be a Betonline clone.

I'm pretty sure BetOnline and SportsBetting.ag are the two skins for USA/Canada/Australia, with TigerGaming being the skin for ROW players.

They have to be the same management, no? The poker player pool is combined, the sites are clones down to the promos, etc.

We will find out the relationship. Of course if its BOL's poker room, the funds under their accounts are as good as the sportsbook's.

This is the latest review I could find: May 2016

    Professional Rakeback BetOnline Review

    UPDATED: May 2016
BetOnline is part of the up and coming Chico Poker Network, or CPN. Chico has grown from relative obscurity before Black Friday, into the second largest US friendly online poker network. BetOnline and its sister skin, SportsBetting.ag are the only two members of the Chico Poker Network who accept USA online poker players. If you are not a USA based poker player but are interested in the Chico Poker Network, please see our review of TigerGaming, a Chico skin who does not service USA based poker players and who guarantees 24 hour payouts or they double your withdrawal amount!"Yea, but is BetOnline legit? I have heard some bad things about them in the past." Yes, we know, we heard the same things in the past. Professional Rakeback refused to work with BetOnline or the Chico Poker Network for many years because of their bad reputation for slow payouts. However, new ownership and management took over in early 2013. The new owners infused new capital into the business and quickly began paying past debts to players, settling player disputes, and cleaning up the mess that the prior owners had left behind. Still, we sat on the side lines for over a year patiently watching. In the spring of 2014, after over a year of improving reports, we signed a deal with BetOnline to privately test them with a few select clients. After six months of private testing we were happy to report that all of our players were paid in a timely manner and any and all minor disputes were handled in a satisfactory manner, and furthermore, we have had no issues at all since then. We are happy to see such a positive turn of events and welcome the addition of a new poker site for our faithful clients.BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag host quite a few types of poker games. Cash games that run regularly start at micro stakes no limit Hold'em and go all the way up to $1,000 buy in 6max tables. Pot Limit Omaha runs regularly from microstakes up through $300 buy in games in both full ring and 6max. There is regular action at single table tournaments thanks in great part to the $25,000 monthly sit and go rake race, which keeps many forms of SNGs packed. The multi table tournament action isn't as robust as the cash game action, however what the site lacks in terms of large guarantees, it makes up for in the fact that the tournaments are rediculously soft compared to other USA sites and often provide extra value in the form of overlays.BetOnline, Sportsbetting.ag, and the Chico Network offer a variety of products. Professional Rakeback concerns ourself only with the poker offerings (which are quite soft and fishy by the way), but we would like you to know that they also offer sports betting, online casino, horse racing, and other various gaming offerings that our players may wish to participate in. The payout methods listed in this article apply to not only the poker room, but also to the sportsbook, casino, racebook, etc.BetOnline Rakeback

Professional Rakeback is sad to announce that the Chico Poker Network does not allow its poker operators to offer direct cash rakeback. As such, Professional Rakeback is unable to offer you any type of flat rakeback deal.

Tigergaming uses the same sportbook platform as Betonline and Sportbetting so it is a possibility that is under Betonline skin as well.. All of them are under the same poker network HPN.

Tiger is actually not backed by BetOnline. An individual at BOL was aware that Tiger shares some IT resources and misstated. BOL mgt corrected the report saying they do not own Tiger and do not back player funds. In regards to Tiger, there indeed is new ownership and obviously changes in the network for the better but we have not yet spoken directly to Tiger principals.

Tiger sending out email yesterday. The website looks very similar to BOL, bonuses, rules, etc.

What is the relationship between BOL and Tiger at this point?

Received the email also. Bonus offer is nearly identical to BOL bitcoin deposit bonus offer. Same rollover, same max bonus. Their poker rooms are the same network.

Not many reviews about this book, so I share my experience there.
First of all, they have the exact same odds as BetOnline (in fact I'm convinced they're someway connected with BOL group, because they didn't ask for verifying my account, the same situation I had at lowvig - I suppose it's because I was already verified at BOL). Their site is even more glitchy than BOL - it had many, many days when I had to use mobile version, because desktop wasn't working (log in problems, site down), sometimes all of them were offline.
I deposited 3-digit amount via BTC and received 100% FP bonus, 14x rollover. One thing you should note is that you have 30 days to use your freeplays or they'll be gone.
During rollover I had one strange issue - one day I noticed they voided all my bets placed on non-US baseball (most of them won). Asked about that and they said it was system error and added money back to my account. From that point I decided to avoid these markets.
After clearing rollover I put some bets from time to time, but they don't have any advantages over lowvig besides bonus, so I withdrew small amount that was left on my account.
Overall impression is around C. People outside US may be interested in their welcome bonus, especially when BOL doesn't offer bonuses for non-Americans, but that's all.
