Sniper can we get some honest answers here

    1. Do you play poker for a living?

    2. Which type?

    3. Why are you adding an SBR table instead of adding 1 more real money table?

    4. Do you think points are basically risk free?

    5. Why did you add this leaderboard bet?

i dont know why but i can

    1) i play poker for a living since 2008
    2) make $$ with sng ... most hyper 6max or HU (play tournament poker to but with -4% ROI last year)
    3) like i said befor .. online poker is lonely... i like the forum respond and trash talk (i was here befor in the sportsbetting area)
    4) i dont know what that means? to be risk free? pls explain what you mean (my english is not best)
    5) i thought i would be fun to join as a new member of sbr poker and win like a pro ... looking for some attention i think it was ... the points are not a big thing for me as a european ... 7500point are 500$ at sportsbook ... but you have to rollover 5 times
    6) i dont want to give you my numbers ... its not an easy thing with taxes in germnay ... but it is a 6digit number in €
    7) 4-8 tables cash up to 16 tournament

    Serious question snip3s...

How bad did losing the American player base on stars hurt your bottom line?

I'd imagine you Euro grinders were crying the hardest when Black Friday went down

i had that account so long ago I can barely remember it.... what I do remember about it was bailing out on it after experiencing my qq flopping a set 3-4 consecutive times only to lose to shit sucking out on me.....

I have never claimed to be an online pro, either, and generally concluded after initially cashing up (new player karma), and then taking horrible bad beats, that online poker is little more than, believe it or not, a rigged shithole!!!!

I think I played more on UB, if you can find those stats..... remember winning four-five hundred on a strt flush during my first two weeks, then bailing off once the continuous beats set in.....

I'd post a few live cashes of mine but for the risk of my true id being disclosed..... last thing I need is small b pokin' around in my life!!!!

It's all good, just messing with ya and showing that sharkscope doesn't always tell the whole story. Agreed, not exposing your identity to an unemployed guy with a penchant for irrationality is either the first rule of the internet or it should be

carbon poker was another one I had the epic new karma run on, then got killed..... i think they banned me from the site after they crashed their weekend gaur. 25k trny when i was the chip leader, so they wouldn't have to pay the float (buyin's totaled way less than gaur. amt)..... I raised total hell about the situation, and was given persona non grata status....

pretty much quit playing online except for at the shitty Pureplay site, which I won a free lifetime membership to during my free trial period....

have now been "chat banned" for life on purecaca (imagine that), and have run like shit since that ban, going from cashing in their 5k/2k/1k's 2-3 times per month to rarely if ever cashing.... only play a few 5k's and the wsop seat trnys these days, and lose in the most creative suckout ways imaginable.... I think I won one 2k trny all of last year, with a couple of minor cashes on the side.....

but it's free and gives me a snowball's chance in hell of a free wsop me seat 4-5 times per year, so what the hell..... won about $4-5k on it over 2 1/2 yrs with no money at risk, so i can't complain....

Pretty incredible we are approaching the 5th year anniversary of Black Friday and the state of online poker in the US hasn't really gotten much better.

Old people run the country. Wouldn't surprise me to see online poker staying illegal for another 10-15 years. Once the 70-80+ year olds are dying off, and you get a younger generation that actually understands technology, then you'll start to see changes. Poker and internet gambling being two of those changes in policy.

I used to come home from the bars and play a few 6 man tourneys while eating my burrito to help sober up. Not for big bucks but was still fun to try and win $50 bucks or so to off-set my bar spend. Loved to play Omaha Hi/Low because no one really understood it well enough and you could make a few bucks just knowing the basics. Likely all changed now. Shame its still gone. I wish I had the time to play in the sbr tourneys. I see they now have sng but never anyone there when I go and look - do people play those much?

Toler, when someone like me does that, it's a stupid play and my getting lucky and being a dirt player....

when sniper does it, his ICM calculator was indicating that due to his stack size, the proximity of the bubble, the number of players left in the tourney, the size of Rhonda Rousey's balls, and a few other critical factors I won't mention here, the only possible move to make was the one he made, and thus it was a "professional's response/play" and essentially had to unfold the way it did.....

consider it an honor to be felted by a true pro
