    Independent Auditor

I'm going to hire an independent auditor to go over SBR poker.
    I have the money.

In order for said independent auditor to be able to perform what he is hired to do accuratley would require complete access to SBR poker and all hand histories. Obviously this will be tough to come by as the rig continues to covered up.

i already KNOW what an audit of this b.s. poker room would show...... it's programmed based on some kind of bullshit, I'm just not sure what it is, because it seems to me that the programming was more or less "borrowed from", or at least akin to, that used by a traditional online poker site. I've previously surmised that sbr bought its cheap shit from some cut-rate software company that designed it's rng for a site based on real money, and not bullshit points/etc...... and clearly it's "rigged," programmed, or whatever word u want to stick on it for not being "random".....

an audit would be sweet, because it would clearly show the play is WAY outside of statistical norms, impossible to be exact.....

I told them, I'm not looking for trouble, that is not my intent, however there are a few questions I need to ask.
My co-worker, he's an auditor, he specializes in money laundering, nobody is suggesting SBR is into money laundering, that's his specialty at work though, is willing to do this, I just need a name to who he can speak with at SBR.

SBR - Not looking for trouble here, trust me, just want to know what happened

I think your the second person to call me smug on here. May be time for self assessment or buying a prius. In all honestly, I don't care one way or the other and solely look at these threads for the humor involved from team rigged.

I'll give you the platform though, I understand a decent amount of the math involved in this game so maybe I'll understand. Please give us the scenario that mathematically should not have happened and Im guessing at least someone like Biteme or Dane will have a decent grasp and may even be able to give you true odds if there motivated enough.

And just guessing but I'd wager you may have a tough enough time coming across the info you desire to have SBR audited. And if you really want to have an accurate audit you will probably need to go back to the beginning and the man hours involved would probably give you an expense that would involve money that could be so much better spent this time of the season.

Good luck in your search for the truth.

let me translate the foregoing and give you a good analogy of any quest the purpose of which would be to pin down or otherwise hold S Bullshit R accountable for its pathetic excuse of a poker room:

First and foremost, and I know you don't give a crap about some faceless internet poster behind a CRT in Ct. thinks about you, but from your posts I always thought of you as a standup quality guy and still do, so don't think otherwise.

Secondly, smug is not an insult, I know something about smug, I've been known to be smug plenty of times, let me give you a free lesson about smug though, when one is smug, one has a tendency to put their guard down, and when one lets their guard down, well, you can guess the rest.

    Time for self assessment?
I know exactly who I am, I can be cocky at times, I can be full of myself at times, I can be smug at times, I've been known to have a pop or two to many sometimes, but.... when wrong, I admit it and apologize for it, and 999 times out of 1000 I do the right thing, marriage, carreer, and everything else that's important.
Self assessment? Yeah, I can post something off color every now and then thinking at the time something is funny but in hindsight is off color, and sincerely apologize for that (sound familiar)
So don't be thinking I am not respectful.
Self assessment? Three things, I'm not afraid to say "I'm not sure" I'm not afraid to say "I don't know" and as good as I think I am in everything, (and I'm fukking good) I'm smart enough to know there is always someone better.

Know this, and know this well.
I have never, as in ever, claimed, cried or suggested, fixed, rigged or any other adjective pertaining to phony here.
I defy you to go back the the three plus years or so I've been posting here to prove what I just said is not true.
I'm the guy who rides Mike Jamm like a pony when he goes on his rants about fixed, I'm the guy who says "yet Mike, you still play here"
And with the one exception with a run in with Justin, (and I will go to my grave saying he was wrong, but I digress) I've always sided with SBR on just about every issue, not just poker related.
And I'm not crying bad beat or fixed now, I am just trying to figure out something that happened in a tournament was a result of a glitch, software, what have you. I did not have all the information I needed to form a conclusuion, remember now, I'm an analyst by trade, we don't jump to conclusions, which is the reason why I was asking can somebody I work with, work with SBR on what I think is abnormal.
I know Dane is sharp when it comes to math, (I know you do as well) I have tech degrees up the ass that suggest I am sharp as hell mathwise too, I know the poker math, only reason I'm not playing with the big boys instead of being just a decent weekend warrior is because I have a lot of other interests I apply my energy to.

Once again, all I am asking was for an auditor that I know to look into a few things, if not, so be it, I don't hold grudges, I'll drop it.
Like you said, anything is probable, and I totally agree, but I'm talking about a series of events that occured that have the probability of happening like 250,000 to 1 odds. Like you said, if there is a one in any chance of something happening, it can happen.

Nobody is crying fix, foul, dirty pool, bad beat or anything else.

I know you moderators have a hard time sometimes, I used to run the old baseball.com with Joe Kaufman back in the day before they sold, that's why I give you the respect.

How can something happen that "mathematically should not have happened?" Wtf does that even mean? I just rolled a single die and got a 5. That mathematically should not have happened because it was over 80% against. Life is rigged. God, please audit

Just for record, I did not take the smug comment(or anything else) seriously and was just making a joke at my own expense. And the self assessment comment was again directed as myself and my need to assess why I am often times viewed as smug. Again, nothing in my posts to be viewed all that serious.

I have zero to do with any of the poker software.

My not caring comment was not a direct point at not caring what you think but rather not really caring if you are right or wrong. I long ago gave up majority of internet poker and now when I do play it is solely for entertainment value and yelling rigged whenever I get a chance.

No hard feelings of course and good luck

especially if you hit the RIGHT shift key as they break down to the final table........

ps.... i've already watched the four seat; aka "the doom seat,".... only wins 1.3 percent of time at final table....

trust me, you want the one seat.......
