Looks good to me beerdog...you didn't leave yourself any pizza for trades, but you might be able to trade a player for some slices if you need to, specially if one of your lower-priced guys has a good week and someone wants to pick him up.

The only thing missing is that you don't have to spend all your slices at once. Nothing wrong with it, you just won't have as much to trade with if you choose to.

Yeah...I picture trading as just a deal worked out between two people and posted in a thread so it can be approved. I'd like to do it better, but don't have the tools. I don't know how big a factor trading will really be in a month long contest, but I'd like to try it out in preparation for longer contests...if we go to a more traditional format (exclusive players, coaches choosing a roster and going heads up versus another coach, trading could be a much bigger deal. Otherwise, trading is only relevant when a coach thinks a player's performance will be better in the future and another coach disagrees...the lack of complexity of the information available on players might prevent this scenario.

I like 1st/2nd/last, but last is too easy to go for if after week 2 someone is too far out of 1st/2nd. Just something to keep people playing if they're out of contention early on.

Fortunately, every participant gets a chance to vote...by reading the rules before joining, and not joining if they have an issue they consider serious enough. Apparently you're just now reading the rules...might want to do that a little earlier next time

5% isn't even the entry fee back, and not much of a consolation prize....but it might give a reason to keep playing and go for average. This isn't SBR poker where the top 50% get prizes and can cash by just showing up. If you have a better idea to give people a reason to play after they're out of contention for top 3, let's hear it
