Go to a cash table and when you add money to play look for the tab that says "Poker Points Available".
It will show you what tourney prizes you have won and how much rollover is left on each.

It's 3x rollover. Which means you have to bet 3x the amount you won in a tourney to clear. So 100 will require you to have bet or be called on 300 points during cash games.
