    Annual poker points scoring discrepency

Please explain how it's possible for Gruntworker's annual poker points to end with a 5, when the top 12 payouts for dailies all end in 0. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/poker/

Anyone who solves this mystery to my satisfaction, will be awarded a pts prize.

Well first of all, it doesn't really matter at all.

But it is easy, he went out on the same hand as another guy and they split 2 places. Now of course they had to have the same amount of chips as well, but I actually saw that happen in one tournament long ago

But seriously, who has ever even seen that page or those standings? I wouldn't call it a discrepancy, just unusual. I mean it his stats are wrong, then maybe your stats are wrong and you have lets say 10 more cashes than you should and another 2000 points than you should

Bobby Annual winnings include Saturday n Sunday rebuys which the prizes end in different amounts based upon the days rebuys n add ons. So Yes it is possible to end with a say 175 prize.

First of all it matters to me, thus the question. I never saw 2 people get knocked out with the same chip stack, but a plausible explanation I suppose.

Coming from a newb who hasn't been here a year & thinks he has a clue. Why don't you ask your weekend butt buddy Donkey chump?

Refer to my 7th place badge dated 7/5, that special holiday tourney happened to be on a Saturday with an approximate field of 85 (with your "every weekend group" included). That cash & the 250 pts derived from it weren't added to my annual pts total, nor was it added to my total cashes.

If "my play is so horrible" as you claim, why am I on this annual leaderboard with most cashes & you aren't? I'll help you out, it's because only the top 15 players make it. So it obviously comes as no surprise, that you can't make the World Cup leaderboard as well: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/players-ta...ft.html?slf=36

For future reference, you'll appear less ignorant with your mouth shut.

Oh poor bobbywaves your really this challenged. For one I've played less than 1/3 of all tourneys this year, something everyone else here knows due to my health. It's only the last two weeks I've played daily. And in the last month I've cashed 5 firsts, where are your firsts during this time? I cash 1st through 4ths you min cash.

Oh yeah, 1st for you how proud you must be. In maybe 3 months worth of play I've cashed in dailies over 8k. What's your at pal in 7 months? So hilarious to see you speak of ignorance pal. I'd use the word irony here but I have a feeling the meaning is lost on you.

Coming from a broke dikk fukk who can't rollover cashes, has 12 pts to his name, & needs someone like Tripe to manage his pts because you're such a loser.

Not to mention your negative poker ROI, which speaks volumes of how pathetic you truly are.

Yet our poker ROI's, point balances, multiple leaderboards, obviously all point to the contrary. But you keep living in your little dream world pal, as it's quite entertaining burying you.

I was going to give 100 pts to the first possible answer. But since PO is such an a-hole, he only received 5.

You see PO, being a dickhead will have negative consequences.

Now run along chump & find someone else to troll, like Carseller.

Yeah, Donk's such a "loser" for playing a weekend tourney and usually winning more than you can rollover in a week Not much room to talk about anyone "wasting their time" bobbo, when you spend hours and hours every weekend on the Omaha H/L tables trying not to lose all of your rollover

Bobbo isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to poker, but other people have confirmed that it appeared to be a normal tournament, and it seems bobbo just ran amazing to fold his way to first.

Winning more means nothing without rolling it over.

Fact of the matter....my ROI is 5x Donkey's & yours, while it's 6x that of broke dikk PlayersOnly. Thanks for your roll over the weekend PO.

You are a BAD, BAD man --- when I see posts like this and the others you made on this topic with no basis for making the assertion you make , I am reminded of Babu, the Seinfeld restaurant guy deported to Pakistan thanks to Jerry ---- a BAD, BAD man. That finger points to you here and now, PO. BAD, BAD man.

It was a normal tourney. No one was booted. It went a normal length with players slowly being eliminated.

(In the other thread chipup uses computer trouble as an excuse for his "double-dipping". Lame excuse which I don't buy. I have the hand history showing he played many many hands before he was knocked out.)

I was there to the final table and no player who was ever at any table with me, including chipup, seemed to be having any trouble.

As has been pointed out to you numerous times (but you're too dense to understand), players like Donk roll over quicker than you do...so a guy who wins more than you do and rolls it over quicker is more efficient than you are, regardless of your made-up concepts.

Congrats on getting lucky and coming out ahead of PO while flipping...n doubt the only way you can win; we know when you sit down at a table without trying to chop, you end up just losing it all

What you're too dense to comprehend, is nobody rolls quicker than me. That's the whole point of flipping, to save time.

The only one on this whole site who has rolled more efficiently than me with a man sized sample is Hhsilver. But if I chose to spend more time at ring games instead of saving time with flipping, I'm quite confident my ROI would be similar to Mr. Silver's.

This weekend, it took you at least 4 hours to roll over 1090 points...those of us who can competently play poker can roll over much faster than that, and without having to run good in flips to earn a handful more of points doing it. And yet you constantly go on about saving your valuable time

Obviously there's not always a flipping partner available. So smart individuals like myself save their high rollovers for flipping & will play their smaller rolls in ring games, while waiting for a partner.

For example, PO & myself flipped 60/hand, I completed my 1800 roll in maybe 10-15 minutes, while profiting an extra 250 over my original 600. There's no way you will complete the same roll in less time playing ring games. My rolls are also completed at a 97% clip, while you're lucky to be completing 50% of rolls with your ring games.

97% is no doubt a bit too high, but yes, flipping will pay rake and otherwise roll over. As for claiming I only compete 50% of my rolls, your math is terrible as always

Yeah, I'm sure many of us are super-jealous of your ability to win fewer points in more time. Should I also be jealous that you can't even do simple math to realize how long it takes you to roll over?

I can complete rollovers in five minutes, regardless of size. I can complete others' rollovers in even less time.... completed three or four players in one friggin hand each just week. They came to the table, raised all-in in each of their first hands, and shipped it and were gone.
