    yes a serious run

not sure why people are tossing teams. its could be a free for all at the end i think a lot of the 1 and 2 seeds will be gone by elite eight

IF Michigan gets past Ok. State, they fall to Louisville, no run is made. They are a good matchup for Louisville.. L'Ville defends the 3 well and has a stronger bench. Game with Ok. State will be a fast paced game, I think Michigan wears down and doesn't have enough left to compete for 40 minutes with L'Ville.

I think if there is an underdog team to make a run to the Elite 8 it is Michigan. I want to pick Louisville to make it to the final four, but they may not even make it to the sweet 16.

trillz - Never denied I wasn't a UL fan. I'll admit when teams are a bad matchup, but this draw is very favorable. Add in playing in Indianapolis, where UL has played numerous times and had a lot of success, I'll take it. You can say I was extremely happy seeing how the bracket lays out for the Cards.
Indy will be overrun be UL and UK fans this weekend, should be fun.
First game, UL should win with ease and be well rested. Harper is 0-5 in his career against UL, wouldn't surprise me if he tries to make the game very physical (see WKU vs. UL games).
Second game, whether Michigan or Ok. State, I like UL's ability to defend the three and using our mulitple bigs to get easy points in the paint. Pitino also may try a smaller line up to help improve free throw shooting, which should not hurt rebounding as much against these teams vs. teams with legit inside game.

I'd fade Big10. Very soft this year.

Watched Indiana lay an agg last night in NIT, THAT'S the Big 10 in a nutshell out of conference.

Some not so good things for louisville potentially. Apparently jaylen Johnson was out in indy by himself the whole tone tonight. Heard that when I woke up and watched his interview post game in the locker room and he definitely looked bothered. Just relaying information here

Louisville has a monster edge on the glass here. All comes down to if louisville can stay poised and feed the post and not launch contested jumpers. My guess is pitino will try to press a little to wear down the shooters legs but could backfire in a big way because if they handle it, somebody is wide open on perimeter all game. This line is short at least than 3 but Michigan definitely playing their best basketball compared to louisville not playing theirs

I try to avoid UL games but this same team closed -2.5 against Duke in the ACC tourney. I may consider a small play on UL.

Michigan was great against OK. State, if they keep hitting shots like that they are going to be tough for anyone to beat. UL will start out as they did against J. State, throwing into bigs and letting them get points in the paint. Only problem with this, the bigs will begin to force things when they should be kicking the ball out to open shooters. Mitchell must get going early against Michigan, he can't have 0 points in the first half again.
UL should have a big advantage on the glass, offensive rebounding would be one of my biggest keys for Louisville. Louisville should press Michigan, hopefully tiring out their legs for late in the second half.

Going with the homer pick, taking the Cards.
