They're still 31-24 which is pretty good but it looks like they're starting to really get exposed for the week roster that's surrounding Westbrook. Russ is still putting up monster numbers but he can't do it all and he isn't getting nearly enough help. Losing Kanter hurts but he was only a bench player anyway.

They've been pretty steadily at 5-10 games above .500 all year but lately they've been suffering some ugly losses. These blowouts are a major red flag. Something tells me the last roughly 30 games could be a real struggle. Would not surprise me to see them limp to the finish line and wind up right around 41-43 wins. They could be in danger of finishing 8th and facing the Warriors.

    Who cares?

The NBA is awful, by far the worst of the four major North American pro sports.

There is a 99% chance that one of three teams will win the championship and you could have said that prior to the start of the season too.

Actually no it's probably the best product right now of the 4 major sports.

Baseball has been in decline for the past 10-15 years.

Football is all replay review, penalties, commercials and easy short passing.

Hockey no one really gives a shit about.

NBA is top dog at the moment.

In the other three sports AT LEAST HALF of the league has a small chance to win the title every year

The Super Bowl is won by the one of the same 5 quarterbacks every year. Nobody is bitching about that.

If you take the best player off each NBA team, OKC probably has a bottom five roster, maybe even the worst. I can't see Westbrook staying there much longer.

LMFAO, Peyton Manning, the year he won the superbowl in 2015, was the LOWEST rated QB in the fuking league

Their starting center broke his hand punching the chair a few weeks ago. Not many teams gonna do as good without their starting center. Lol. Okc just beat cleveland last week. But yeah . they are hard to wager on right now

The 10+ years the NBA has been going down the shitter. 2004-2010 were horrible years in the NBA; no team play, all street ball.

    Adams is the starting center.

They don't have a good roster. Westbrook has to get triple doubles for them to have a chance to win games.

He should be averaging over 15 assists a game but no one on the team can shoot.

Their second best player is Oladipo....he is more or a solid role player. Not a #2 option.

Adams hasn't looked right all season. I can never tell if he is injured or not.

It's pretty amazing this team has the record they do with the players they have. It's really a testament to Donovan and Westbrook.

They'll be a 6 or 7 seed and lose in the first round.

That's about what they are. I think I'm pretty realistic.

Durant, Ibaka, and Waiters were essentially replaced with...

Oladipo, Grant, and a rookie Sabonis.

Andre Roberson is 2 for 31 his last 33 three point attempts and he is shooting like 40% at the free throw line. He is on the verge of having the worst three point shooting percentage in NBA history.

Yeah, this roster is bottom five with a Supersatr carrying it. I'm not really sure how they're going to lure a big time free agent to OKC. They couldn't land a big free agent when they were contending for a title. They'll need to get lucky in the draft again...

Can't win with a moron like westbrook, hero ball never wins. The idiot single handedly cost okc a title run and forced out the best player that franchise has ever seen. Just another Gilbert arenas at the helm

Dude did you just compare Westbrook to Gilbert Arenas? That's ridiculous. Go back and edit your post.

Westbrook is a great player. He only knows one speed and he's the reason they're an above .500 team. You have to take the good with the bad in this situation. If he were surrounded by legitimate scoring options, he wouldn't need to play like this and it'd be fair to be critical of turnovers and poor shot selection.

Why should I edit? The ludicrous comparison should offset the tremendous stupidity being dumped on westy by homers and others without any knowledge of the game.

U make valid points and I agree with all of it but it's more ab shock value to combat the guys that haven't, don't or can't pkay the game yet heap praise as if they know what it's like

It is pretty crazy he's averaging 10 assists on a team full of non-shooters.

The only shots I hate from him are the pullup 3's. There's no way he should be shooting 7 threes a game, even in today's NBA.

Are you serious? Nobody gives a shit about the NBA regular season. Playoffs? Sure. But not regular season.

MLB in decline for 15 years? MLB is a lot better than 15 years ago, when PEDs took over the game. MLB much better with the bulk of that weeded out.

I agree football has some issues, but it was so far in front of the other sports, that even with its issues, its still comfortably in front. For my money, I'll take MLB second followed by the NBA.
