Well Allen Crabe makes 20 million a year, so Melo salary compared to that is amazing.

I totally disagree/ Melo can create his own shot and wants the ball late. They don't need a 3 pointers because they got korver. At the end of the game lebron doesn't want the ball but to compete with the warriors they need someone to help space the floor . I think the only chance clev has of competing with the warriors if they do this deal. Otherwise they have no chance. Also melo will make durant play d which he doesn't like to do. Also melo can play with the 2nd team and gives them a chance to score every time. Something that love doesn't bring to the table.

The problem with Melo for Love is you're pretty much guaranteed not winning a ring this year. It's way too late in the season for you to make a move like that -- and you have to be looking at it for the future. Perhaps sign Melo now. And then next year, bring in Wade. Trade JR Smith and other clowns. Irving Wade Bron and Melo? Lock for a ring.

not a chance at a ring. Wade has been on the downside of his career the last few years. Melo is obviously on the down swing. Even in their primes, the chemistry between these four would not work.
Would be a dumb deal for cavs. Only way this would have any chance of success is if they brought Melo off the bench with the 2nd unit. Love a much better rebounder and better 3 point shooter, which fits the cavs better than anything Melo would bring.
So the 2 guys who are on the downswing of their careers are still better than the 3rd and 4th best playres on the Warriors (thompson and green). Both Wade and Melo average 20 a game... How many guys in the league do that?
You can argue chemistry. You can't argue that Melo and Wade aren't good players. If they're not good, it means 96% of nba isn't good.
^^ Kevin Love doesn't do anything better than Anthony except rebound and throw and outlet pass. Kevin Love is no where near the 3 pt shooter as anthony. Anthony never played with a player better than him. If he played with James he'd be getting wide open looks. Anthony has had to create his own looks his entire life.

Don't see any way the knicks do that deal, unless a 3rd team gets involved to take love.
Knicks need to build around porzingis, not get an older more expensive guy who plays the same position.

They may be better INDIVIDUAL players than Green and Thompson, but Green and Thompson are THOSE PIECES that it takes to put together a championship team. Melo can't defend, Wade can't defend anymore. Who cares if they average 20, they're giving up 20 on the other end and can't rebound either.
