    Lost around $34,000 at pinnacle.

    Around 2 weeks ago I deposited of a total of $4,825 into my Pinnacle account using Instadebit in 9 separate transactions. I won around $34,000 playing blackjack at Pinnacle.

    But, a week ago I received an email from Instadebit stating that my bank account information is not valid. I was confused at that time because I did have enough money in my bank account to cover and clear all my deposits into Pinnacle. I later screenshotted my balance to Pinnacle to prove I had enough money to cover my deposits into their website.

    I have given Instadebit my correct bank account details when I signed up with Instadebit. So I figured it must be my name. My bank account name is David Da Huang but when I signed up with Instadebit they only asked me for my first and last name. But when I went to my local bank branch the teller told me both names David Da Huang and David Huang would work.

    As a precaution after I received that email from Instadebit, I scanned all my bank statements, utility bills, and government issued IDs in full color and sent it out through fax and email, for Instadebit to double check my bank account details and for Instadebit to correct any mistakes if there was any. In addition, I told the Instadebit customer service rep over the phone to mark my emails urgent.

    Last week I told Instadebit specifically that I wanted to pay Pinnacle immediately and that I didn't want my other 8 transactions to come out wrong.

    However, Instadebit ignored my requests and told me that they wanted to wait until all 9 of my transactions come out wrong so that they can determine the total amount owing and they pay Instadebit. Because of Instadebit's decision, Pinnacle voided all my winnings, citing the non-sufficient funds rule.

    I believe it was not fair for Pinnacle to void my winnings when I specially stated I had enough money to support all my deposits into Pinnacle and that I also gave Instadebit the correct bank information. I showed a picture as proof too.
    I shouldn't be penalized for Instadebit's delay and mistake. I even as a precaution last week sent Instadebit through both fax and email all my documents necessary to double check my bank account information.

    Now I have filed my complaint to SBR and forwarded all my emails to SBR and I hope I get my winnings back.Essence of the story is that I had the money, I gave the correct bank account information, I even as a precaution sent Instadebit all the documents necessary to double check my bank account details and for them to correct them if there were any mistakes, and told Instadebit that I wanted to pay Pinnacle ASAP, but Instadebit ignored me and wanted to wait for all my transactions to be voided 1st before doing anything. Because of Instadebit's decision to wait, Pinnacle has now canceled all my winnings, and temporarily suspended my account.I think I gave the correct bank account details but instadebit typed in the wrong information at this point. I did nothing wrong and I even took precaution.

    This is bullshit.

    1) instadebit has a maximum of $1000 depsoit for first time users.

    2) if you claim you arent a new user to instadebit then you would of had the name problem on your first transaction.

    there is no way they would allow that to happen. they have safeguards in place to prevent that.

    My Instadebit limit was $2,500 a day for new users and $5,000 a week. Why would I be bsing when I have email records, printed Pinnacle transactions, and have my full name on this post. I sent in my complaint and am looking to get a lawyer if this goes to that point.

    Many times in your post to vehemently state that you gave them the correct banking information.

    Then at the very end you say, "I think I gave the correct bank account details"

    You know if you gave them the correct details or not, I'm sure they gave you the account number and routing number of the account they tried to withdraw the funds from.

    Sounds like the mixups that happen with p2p methods. The fact that it was won in the casino should be irrelevant. I'm sure people have hit parlays they shouldn't have and been laid by 10's when they shouldn't have. If this is a legit mixup then I hope SBR can help you out or at least provide some clarity for you. Give it a few days to turn on the doomswitches and they will get it back anyway.

    They did not give me the account number nor the routing number of the account they tried to withdraw. As a precaution, I sent them all the documents to double check my bank account details and correct any mistakes if there were any. Instadebit failed.

    These guys are clowns don't listen to them.

    You shouldn't even be posting this here right now. There are people like Shari and others in charge of these types of complains that are great detectives and they get to the bottom of shit like this. Contact them and ask them what you need to do to file a complaint, and it's obviously pretty urgent since there's about 30k involved. If you are in the right, they will help you. If you're lying, you're finished. They will expose you.

    So you blindly sent them all of your information, prior to asking why it failed?

    If you KNEW you put the correct info, then the first questions you would've asked were:

    1) What bank account number did you use
    2) what routing number did you use
    3) what was the name

    See where I'm going here? Then once its proven they used the correct info, you then prove that account info is yours. If its wrong info, you give them the right info..

    Seems like you stepped into some shit before you ran through the house.

    Goat, you are right, he shouldn't, but probably can't help but worry because its a nice chunk of change and he feels powerless, which is one of the worst feelings in these kind of situations.

    but doesnt Instadebit make a couple of small deposits at the beginning to verify all is well ?

    He said all of the deposits were within a week, it takes a few days for a transaction to clear the bank.
