    A little more fuel for the fire. If Wisconsin (-2) defeats Penn State, Selection Committee member Barry Alvarez cannot consider them in his deliberations. If Washington (-7) defeats, Colorado, Selection Committee member Ty Willingham cannot consider them in his deliberations. If Clemson (-10) defeats VA. Tech, Selection Committee member Dan Radakovich cannot consider them in his deliberations. This is because all three men have been, or currently are connected to those respective schools at one time or another. So a Clemson loss and a Wisconsin win leave both schools at 11-2. Alvarez, the current AD at Wisconsin, and Radakovich, the current AD at Clemson. cannot even be in the room when their teams are being discussed. Nice.

    Peach Bowl; Alabama vs. Washington
    Fiesta Bowl: Ohio State vs. Clemson
    Cotton Bowl: Penn State vs. Western Michigan
    Orange Bowl: Florida State vs. Michigan

    If Clemson wins, then Big Ten winner goes to Rose Bowl and Big Ten loser goes to Cotton. If Clemson gets upset, Clemson goes to Cotton, Va Tech goes to Orange and Big Ten loser goes to Orange. That leaves Big Ten Champ and Michigan for one Playoff spot and for Rose Bowl. But which will go where?
